Flowers were very well done

Flowers were very well done, but there was no communication on the delivery service. Had paid for the expedited, and it was suppose to be delivered by noon. The flowers did not come until 2-3. They refunded me for that, but there was no communication on if it was going to be late or not.

My stepmom was beyond pleased with her mom's day flowers, she said they were absolutely gorgeous plus lasted nearly 2 weeks which speaks to quality and freshness. Thank you for a job well-done, you made a 96years young lady very happy!

I have contacted this company so many…

I have contacted this company so many times over the last 2 weeks. I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day on Friday & was told they maybe not be delivered on Sunday but if not deffs Mon or Tuesday. A week later (the following tuesday) they were delivered & of course they were moldy!! Further more they couldn’t fulfill the bunch I paid for and substituted them without asking me if I was okay with this. I have requested a full refund multiple times just to be told I can get a store credit or reshipment…. Why would I want them reshaped when Mother’s Day was nearly 2 weeks ago. I will be taking things further as they have not delivered what I have paid for.

Now saying they don’t have any record even though I’ve provided them with the exact order number, email & phone number that was used… looks like there trying to cover up there mistakes

Delayed Delivery of Anniversary Gift

The purchase arrived at the UPS station at midnight the day it was to be delivered, an hour from the delivery destination. ALL the UPS site says is that it will be delivered a day late. It was meant to be an anniversary gift from a servicemember deployed overseas to his spouse. "Sorry for the inconvenience" and "here is $10 gift certificate off your next purchase from us." Keep the coupon! I will not be purchasing again.

Genuinely terrible company

Genuinely terrible company.

First bouquet I ordered was delivered three days early and to the wrong address, they then offered to send a new bouquet a week after the original delivery date and then didn’t deliver the bouquet.

Second bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture and contained 4 measly roses, and this was after they tried to cancel the order due to the previous order being cancelled on their end.

Customer service is downright disgusting, refusal of a refund and only offered a partial store credit, as if I’m going to order form them.

Save your money and order elsewhere

The pictures of the flowers aren't at all how the flowers really look

I don't like the fact that the flowers I ordered both times weren't at all how the pictures were..it was very disappointing to say the least

Same day delivery order arrived 2 days…

Same day delivery order arrived 2 days late, flowers were disappointing and not reflective of the price or the website pictures. Was promised a refund for the same day delivery fee but got a teddy instead. Call centre service was rude and unhelpful

The flowers were sent for my birthday

The flowers were sent for my birthday. I did not receive them till 3:30 in the afternoon. I leave work at 4:30 I did not get to enjoy them at work on my birthday. Bummer

An absolute disgrace. Do not purchase from this site.

This would have to be one of the worst experiences ever! Ordered flowers and gift hamper for my mother in laws birthday, not only were they 5 days late, but they also arrived almost dead and in a damaged box! $170 was an absolute rip off. After several emails back and forth, they refused a refund. I wish I was able to upload the pictures. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Big disappointment experience from FROM…

Big disappointment experience from FROM YOU FLOWERS! I have chosen delivery date from their website and after processing my payment i got a message that delivery won’t be until after 5 days!! The flowers are for a funeral so they will arrive after the funeral? How horrible this experience is. Now im told that they will refund and it will take 5-10 working days to receive the refund. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM YOU FLOWERS AGAIN!!

I was disappointed

I was disappointed. I ordered the arrangement for my daughter. The flower she received had a LOT more greenery than the picture. Needless to say it did not have as many flowers that was shown in picture. Disappointed that I paid that price for greenery. I also paid extra to have it delivered by 12 pm but it was not delivered on time

Although they refunded my money…

Although they refunded my money after proving the flowers were not delivered, they still are not worth the hassle I've been going through trying to use them. They did not deliver 2 different times for funerals and insisted both times they were delivered. Had to spend 2 days and go through 2 managers to get refund! Would rather have the flowers delivered!
