BEWARE

BEWARE, do not use this company. They do not deliver on time, mine were suppose to be delivered yesterday and they still have not delivered. Customer service, there is none. They will not refund me. 1 star only because i had to.

Extremely late delivery and absolutely…

Extremely late delivery and absolutely wilted and tiny bunch of flowers also sent the Rong chocolates so disappointed and absolutely won't be getting anything from them again I hope people avoid this also and save the heart ake

You don't get what you ordered

I have always had great service regarding delivery. But, what is received in comparison to what the picture looks like was not correct. I ordered flowers with certain flowers and blue in the bouquet because it's my moms favorite color. What I got had neither.
*** Update! I received a credit for the flowers not being what I wanted. At least give them a try!

I felt misled by this purchase

I felt misled by this purchase. The bouquet delivered looked significantly different from the arrangement shown on the website. I specifically chose it as a meaningful Mother’s Day gift, which made the disappointment even greater.
Although they issued a partial refund after my complaint, I remain deeply dissatisfied with the experience. Honestly, I would never have chosen or paid nearly $50 for the arrangement that was ultimately delivered.
What they advertise on the website does not match reality. The advertising creates expectations completely different from the product actually received.

I ordered flowers from this business…

I ordered flowers from this business and NEVER AGAIN. I ordered $120.00 worth of flowers and the person who received them only got 8 flowers, the quality of the flowers was crap and nothing like the photo. Also they where delivered very very late. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSIINESS.

Scam company!

Avoid at all costs! This company is a scam. Flowers were delivered 8 days after they were supposed to. Packed upside down and dead on arrival. “Premium box of chocolates” was 10 mini roses chocolates. Call company and they refer you to email customer support. 3 emails later an no reply. Absolute rip off merchants.

They are now saying they don’t have any records of my order. But I’ve got bank statements and emails to prove otherwise. You happily charged me 106.95 on the 7th of May. You failed to deliver on the 10th of May. After my first email you said they would be delivered on the 12. They didn’t show up until the 18th and you have ignored all my emails since.

This is clearly an automated addition in an attempt to down play your company’s a total rip off.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. This was delivered for my grandmother's 93rd Birthday. I paid for the deluxe bouquet. I don't feel this fills that order.

Ordered $70 bouquet

Ordered $70 bouquet. What was delivered was about $10 worth of supermarket flowers in completely different vase. Called to complain, said they would re-deliver the exact arrangement I ordered. Never delivered, never contacted me. Called to cancel and they wanted to deliver the next day, after party was
over. Finally said would re-credit me in 3 days.
Never again.

Did not meet deadline

The past two times I have ordered from From You Flowers they were unable to fulfill the order. The first time they did notify me that they could not located a florist in the area. The second time they did not notify me and they missed the deadline for a family member's funeral. I will be taking my business to another florist in the future.

The response after my original post above: They did provide a full refund of approximately $150, along with this reply,
we would like to send a complimentary arrangement and is a florist designed arrangement for 100 dollars to the home address of the family member or for your future orders as a token of our apologies.

Birthday flowers never arrived

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered birthday flowers for same-day delivery, but they never arrived on the actual birthday. No one contacted me to explain the delay—not a single phone call or text message.

The next day, they said they would deliver them; however, by then the birthday had already passed and the surprise was ruined, as the recipient was already at work.

I had to call customer service myself to find out what had happened. Their communication was highly irresponsible, and their service was poor. Had they informed me sooner, I could have placed the order with another florist. I do NOT recommend this company.

ZERO STARS should be an option

Editing the next day: to add insult to injury, From You Flowers just called me AGAIN. This time because of my review. They had the nerve to call me a liar!! There is now low that is too low for this company!

ZERO STARS should be an option! NEVER order flowers from @FromYouFlowers !! I ordered same day delivery for a birthday bouquet and 3 balloons. They waited 5 hours before emailing that they couldn’t deliver same day. Refused to cancel and refund until I spoke to a manager. manager agreed to cancel and refund, offered to still send MY ORDER to apologize. What was received was 5 crap flowers with a ton of green filler and none of the 3 balloons I had ordered. NOT even close to my order, actually insulting! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

False Advertising

I sent an email complaint to From You Flowers. The following gives you an insight of their inexcusable treatment and false advertising:

I googled "florists in roma qld" and I picked the ROMA Florist "From You Florists". When I placed the order the webpage did not state that Roma was out of the delivery zone and that the flowers were going to be transported overnight 4 days later.

In my opinion, it makes the advert on Google simply false advertising.

My friend is battling cancer and was having a terrible day, so I wanted to brighten her day with the delivery of fresh flowers. From You Flowers have been a total disappointment and caused me a lot of angst. the suggestion for my friend to come back from Brisbane to Roma another day to collect flowers was totally ludicrous. She is undergoing chemo treatment - what the hell were they thinking to even suggest that!!!

A store credit was offered which I refused, a partial refund was offered (less a penalty for cancelling) and eventually a full refund was arranged.
Not a pleasant experience!!

I will not be purchasing flowers From You Flowers in future nor recommending the business.

Flowers were very well done

Flowers were very well done, but there was no communication on the delivery service. Had paid for the expedited, and it was suppose to be delivered by noon. The flowers did not come until 2-3. They refunded me for that, but there was no communication on if it was going to be late or not.

My stepmom was beyond pleased with her mom's day flowers, she said they were absolutely gorgeous plus lasted nearly 2 weeks which speaks to quality and freshness. Thank you for a job well-done, you made a 96years young lady very happy!

I have contacted this company so many…

I have contacted this company so many times over the last 2 weeks. I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day on Friday & was told they maybe not be delivered on Sunday but if not deffs Mon or Tuesday. A week later (the following tuesday) they were delivered & of course they were moldy!! Further more they couldn’t fulfill the bunch I paid for and substituted them without asking me if I was okay with this. I have requested a full refund multiple times just to be told I can get a store credit or reshipment…. Why would I want them reshaped when Mother’s Day was nearly 2 weeks ago. I will be taking things further as they have not delivered what I have paid for.

Now saying they don’t have any record even though I’ve provided them with the exact order number, email & phone number that was used… looks like there trying to cover up there mistakes

Delayed Delivery of Anniversary Gift

The purchase arrived at the UPS station at midnight the day it was to be delivered, an hour from the delivery destination. ALL the UPS site says is that it will be delivered a day late. It was meant to be an anniversary gift from a servicemember deployed overseas to his spouse. "Sorry for the inconvenience" and "here is $10 gift certificate off your next purchase from us." Keep the coupon! I will not be purchasing again.
