Technician Martin what an amazing help…

Technician Martin what an amazing help at Puttstars Peterborough on the 3/2/26. He fixed the issue quickly, had a polite conversation, gave us some tips and tricks and then signed off the job.

Clear information about service

Clear information about service and maintenance. Very satisfied. Could have been told to us sooner but we were happy Fleur was there and now we hope we can enjoy our machine for the coming years.

The machine is always breaking

The machine is always breaking, they come out to do an unsatisfactory repair and then it’s still not working. They overprice a 3 year lease at £8k but it just never works. They waste 10l of syrup every time they attend and their answer is ‘tough’ even though they charge us £150 for that 10L of syrup - and it’s wasted because their machine is faulty. The won’t replace parts - just seals and adjust the syrup ratio - and blame the syrup on being sugar free.
