Rob is excellent but timescale was ridiculous left without any tango for weeks over our busiest period

Fantastic Martin

As usual, Martin was effcient in his work and fixed our issue and made sure our machine was working before he left. He even checked over both barrels, despite us only calling him out for one of them. Both have now been fine tuned.

ROB from Tango visited to service our…

ROB from Tango visited to service our Tango Ice Blast machine and did an excellent job. He carried out a thorough cleaning and fixed the machine properly. Very professional, efficient, and reliable service. Highly satisfied.

2 Visits Needed again

Yet again had to have 2 visits from the engineers as the first came and “fixed” the problem, for it to start again 10 minutes after he left. Thankfully Martin is sent for the 2nd visit as he always does a brilliant job and fixes the issue.

Customer service has improved so much!

I’ve had issues with this company before, but it looks like they’re making real progress. I called for an engineer, and Martin arrived within four hours. He was excellent—he fixed my problem and offered some valuable advice. I’m optimistic that our collaboration will be great moving forward, especially since it seems their customer service has improved significantly!
