I LOVE THE SHOE OPTIONS!!! But the website itself is not user friendly!! It’s very slow and it freezes a LOT and kicks me off pages or out of my logged in account and have to sign back in a lot and there’s no way to “save” shoes you like on a wishlist or anything for future reference which is a bummer. There’s over 60 pages of shoes to choose from which is amazing but difficult when you find a handful of shoes you like but then have to go back through pages and pages to find them again if you don’t purchase them the moment you find them.

Overall I like the shoe options though. I’ve only recently discovered FSH Shoes and I have petite feet so I am excited to receive my first order I placed today, as for the quality etc I have nothing to review just yet but I have high hopes. Just fix the service quality of your website to be more user friendly because it freezes a lot which is frustrating.

I love my shoes… beautiful, comfortable and better looking in person. I would like to buy in another color but can’t find them. Thanks!

It is hard to believe the quality looking at the pictures, but after 3 pairs they are legit. Customer service is Fantastic and if anything goes wrong they absolutely make it right. FSJ has earned customers for life.

First, the heels I ordered are BEAUTIFUL!! I love them!

However, I thought i ordered my size heels, but they ended up being slightly to big (weird, right?) Anyways so I reached out to customer service and I let them know and asked what could be done, since these heels are for my wedding... well they offered to replace them free of charge!! And suggested i go down a size, which i hope works out!

This company has been AMAZING to work with and order from. I will tell everyone! :)

I cannot recommend this brand enough. It is incredibly hard to get small shoe sizes in the US. I ordered 4 pairs and needed to exchange one. Their customer service was top tier. They had me taken care of in no time. Additionally, the quality is really good and at a reasonable price point for custom sizing.

Purchased heels for my daughter's birthday and the jewlery on the picture looked of higher quality than what I received which is heavy and tacky. As a customer we were unhappy with the heel and requested a return as their return policy states within 30 days, unworn, new, but I may need to pay shipping. I received a rejection for my return. A return is expected. I did not have a good customer service experience as the other three reviews here who have mentioned they were able to return/exchange their heels.

I ordered a pair of shoes but the heels were just too high for me. I had originally ordered the Black Croco Embossed Block Heel Pointy Toe Lace. I requested an exchange for a completely different pair, the Black and Ivory round toe perforated ankle strap Mary Jane flats; FSJ was very accommodating. The second pair arrived quicker than I expected and are super cute.

FSJ Shoes was wonderful! The first couple of pairs of shoes I ordered were slightly too large, so they immediately agreed to replace them with a smaller size at no additional cost (except a discounted shipping charge). They were prompt and courteous in their responses at all times and they couldn't have been nicer in the way they handled things. Oh, and the shoes are well made and comfy! I highly recommend FSJ Shoes!

I had an issue with my original order where the shoe didn’t fit quite right. I reached out to the company, and their customer service went above and beyond to make things right. They asked me to resubmit a grid of my foot for more accurate sizing, and the difference was amazing — the new pair fit perfectly! I’m so impressed with how quickly and kindly they handled everything. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers, but they exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

This company went far and beyond the call of duty to get my order corrected. I submitted the wrong order and requested to change it and they did everything to see that I was satisfied and was getting what I wanted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The prices are reasonable too.

I saw an ads for the outrageous styles of shoes and I finally clicked - they have so many wild styles to choose from! I ordered a pair of pink loafers. They are what I expected and looked exactly as pictured. The shipping did take a little bit longer BUT that was it. A very happy customer.
