The Full Nest Bouquet was received in poor condition, since it was left on a 100⁰ porch in Florida...no door knock with personal delivery. Some of the fragile blooms were already moldy. I fear that... See more

hould have looked at the reviews before I ordered from here. That’s in my. I would say this is a scam. After looking at the massive amounts of 1 star reviews, it’s clear that kind of “company” this is. I’ve contacted customer support for an order not being delivered (it was over $100 as they are not cheap) but I don’t have hope they will respond. When I filled out the form I was told they can reschedule on “the next scheduled delivery date”. What does that even mean? Don’t buy from here. Go to a real florist and support a local business instead of these pathetic people.

Ordered 2 gifts to arrive to 2 individuals BEFORE Mother's Day. One will now apparently be 2 days late. The other has a tracking number that's not available in the UPS system. I'm pretty outraged. When you provide a service that requires timeliness, a minimum of a late delivery notification is expected. I received no correspondence.
I ordered two identical bouquets for a special occasion. I have no complaints regarding the delivery itself; although they were delivered by two different couriers, they both arrived on time. One of the bouquets bore a *somewhat* passable resemblance to what I had ordered (though, even so, it fell far short of what they advertised). The second bouquet, however, was simply a disaster—it looked as if the flowers had been plucked right outside my house and handed to me. My festive mood has been completely ruined. They have no intention of issuing a refund. A truly terrible experience. If you want to waste your money and pay for nothing but a ruined mood, then this is the place for you.
In the span of seven days, FTD has failed me twice. I would highly recommend using another service.

I gave them multiple chances and they screw it up every time. Promise same day shipping and change it to 3 days later without even telling me.
Send flowers that look nothing like the photo.
Will never use the service again.
Ordered arrangement of 24 roses for Mother's Day. They were delivered in a box and in very poor condition. There wasn't 24 stems in total. FTD compensated by giving a small refund that didn't even cover the delivery fee. I will never order from them again!
Horrible! Called 4 times about my order being delayed and couldn't understand a single person. Paid $30 for shipping for it to be delivered next day, and now they tell me it will be 3 more days. Will never use this company again. Didn't know I was getting scammed.

I paid $120 and a tiny bouquet with a balloon was delivered instead of the classy one they advertised. Called customer and what was obviously AI offered me a $.24 partial refund. Scam

I had ordered a beautiful bouquet that had roses, lilies, and other flowers, with a black ceramic vase spent about $120 on it. What was delivered was about about nine half dead roses in the plastic vase. I could’ve picked up better looking flowers from the grocery store for fraction of the price

The wrong vase delivered plus terrible flowers. I have photos for proof. There were four flowers in my $150 bouquet order.
1. Flowers are nothing like what I ordered. They were suppose to come in a yellow smiley cup. Delivered on a mason jar.
2. Flowers were wilted and discolored like they were old.
3. Supposed to receive free delivery but was charged a delivery/service fee.
4. Customer service rep couldn't tell me how much the delivery fee would have been if it wasn't free. So essentially they charged me a service fee although it delivery was "free."
5. Customer service reps are hard to understand and sound like robots or AI.
They promised to deliver on a certain date at a business. I requested a cancellation and refund. They completely ignored and delivered on the weekend, while business was closed, flowers sitting in the sun. This was a $60+ lesson for me. Anyone considering this, think twice. I don't believe anyone should experience frustration while purchasing flowers for a loved one.

Ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day . Delivered the day before. Wrong vase, wrong arrangement. When I let the delivery driver know this he said to take it up with FTD. I did. They are resending the correct arrangement and vase from a different florist but now they will arrive after Mother’s Day. These look like they were stolen from someone’s wedding days ago. Water in vase is dirty, roses are wilted, and green leaves are bug eaten. Did you think I wouldn’t notice?

My husband ordered an orchid for Mother's Day to be delivered 5/7. He asked that the order be sent to my daughter's florist. It wasn't sent to her business or delivered that day. When my husband called FTD to report this, they told him it was delivered, basically calling him a liar. He requested a refund after much discussion. Yesterday I received a delivery from UPS. On the box it indicated package was "damaged". The box had been opened and retaped. The orchid was broken in half and the blooms were dying. There was no pot, but one broken piece was stuck in the plant. I have never seen anything so unprofessional. I have been a business owner for many years and would never treat a customer like we were treated.

My husband bought tulips and iris for Mother's Day ....the tulips leaves were wilted and yellow...$100.00!
It is a pitiful arrangement....we asked for a refund...but that was only $20.00!
Will NEVER order again...
Full Disclosure: FTD after their chat person fully refunded me, another FTD dept. caught sight of this review, called next day and offered me a 50% refund! LOL! I had to remind them with snapshot proof of the earlier chat conversation. Clearly FTD needs an overhaul. I've upgraded review from 1 Star to 2 Star because refund or not, they and the public are incredibly disconnected because of FTD's processes.
Ah, Mother's Day. Probably the most important, annual hour for flowers on the national scale. First, I looked for the local florist. Found the most artistic, capable one. Little pricey but rarely a 2nd thought. Yet, gas prices right? So I noticed FTD had same arrangement for $10-$15 less. Pulled trigger for Friday delivery because I was sending them to a school for mom/teacher. The school closed on weekend. So on Friday I'm watching clock for notifications as you know, school is out by 3pm, teachers there maybe til 4:30 or 5. Whole day goes by, no "than you" comes so I go online, UPS (what? I thought local florist making it?), and shows as delayed. No Bueno. So I call. Per AMERICAN corporate fallacy, they've got a guy so foreign I cannot understand him nor does polite asking him to repeat himself get us further so I hang up and move to FTD's chat. First agent takes up case and acknowledged my refund request, then lied to say my order was out for delivery, long, long pause and when asking for her to confirm refund, she slapped some scripted rescheduling reply up and ran. Not cool. I get a 2nd agent next. Smoother, issued refund, but had to ask him 4 times about registering a complaint against prior agent. To his credit he transfered chat to a Supervisor Chat, that guy put me through ALL of the same questions and told me to hold on while he looked into it. 10 minutes go by, nothing, and eventually he's gone. The End. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

I ordered a bouquet that cost $125 and chocolates that cost $25, not including the service fees. The total was $195, which was ordered for Mother's day. When we received the order, the chocolates were melted and most of the flowers were dead. It was so bad that the leaves were moldy. I called FTD and they only offered a 30% refund OF THE BASE PRICE, so $125. But somehow they only gave me back $33. Not sure how that came out to 30%, their math is obviously different than mine. They also offered a redelivery, which I wasn't happy about, but that's all they were offering. Why would I want flowers from the same place that sent dead flowers to my mom? When my mom didn't receive the redelivery the following day, which I was told they would be there, I called to find out where the flowers were????? I was told they wouldn't be delivered until the 12th, which is 2 days after Mother's day and 5 days after I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!”

Pure waste of money! I could not be more disappointed in the flowers my sister received for Mother's Day. The arrangement was more greenery than flowers. The flowers in the arrangement were mostly carnations and a few old/wilting roses. What's even worse, they came from the local Albertson's grocery store. The $5 friday Alberston's arrangements have more flowers and look much better than this arrangement did. I guess Albertson's found a new way to get rid of old flowers. I called FTD, their solution was 20% off a future order. I'll NEVER order from FTD again!
Ordered an arrangement specifically because it had anemones in it. It arrived and all but 2 were broken so high up on the stems they could not be salvaged. And the 2 that were not broken were missing petals and half dead. Also the filler was replaced with something else that falls over and isnt very sturdy while in the photo it was to be something that sticks up. The few roses and carnations that were usable were not worth the price I paid for this arrangenent. Reached out amd was basically told well since most of it was good we can give you a 25 percent refund. What good is a half a floral arrangement? Never ordering again from this company.
First time using FTD. I ordered an exquisite One and Only Bouquet to be delivered to a Miami address. When I saw the bouquet, I couldn’t believe what they delivered. The “note” was typed up on Microsoft Word and printed out. It was so embarrassing on my end. How can I pay $98 and the florist even consider this is top notch. Needless to say, my first and last time ever ordering from them. I called customer service and demanded a full refund and finally got the okay. I wish it allowed us to post pictures with our review. I highly recommend staying far away and never use FTD.
