the flowers got delivered to the wrong…

the flowers got delivered to the wrong address. Called customer support and they said they would send a pic of the delivery location. NEVER HAPPENED. Don't think I am using this site again as I have no recourse with the shop that actually did the delivery

If I could give them no stars I would!

If I could give them no stars I would!! Worst company ever!! Don’t waste your time or money! Such a disappointment! The picture of the flowers I ordered were absolutely beautiful, paid for same day delivery. Didn’t get delivered and then got an email saying they had to substitute it. Great spend $100 to not know what you’re getting!!! This gets even better, the next day comes and late afternoon still nothing delivered! Called and cancelled the order and only get part of my money back!! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Such a disappointment!!

I asked them to change a phone number…

I asked them to change a phone number for my flower delivery for my husband's memorial on May 9th.2026
The canceled my order , when I asked why.they couldn't tell. My peace of my mind is already expired snd now I have to order elsewhere and pay more.i have call logs to prove this bs

The smiley face mug with beautiful…

The smiley face mug with beautiful sunshine flowers was a WINNER!!!! She loved it and we all thought it was just beautiful! It perked up the lobby!
The other bouquet with the purple flowers was disappointing for me...it wasn't at all bright and gay as I'd pictured it from the photo on the ordering site. Only saving grace was she loves the color purple.

Worst experience I've ever had

Worst experience I've ever had. Don't use them. My friend was in the hospital and I attempted to send her a deluxe bouquet, and I paid extra for next day delivery. After 3 attempts, they kept telling me I'd get a 20% refund and the flowers would be delivered again. The 4th time I had to request a refund. Terrible. Their customer service is outside the US, and despite their apologies, I couldnt even get a bouquet delivered, EVER!

Flowers and chocolates were never…

Flowers and chocolates were never delivered to recipient on their birthday despite paying extra for an expedited and timely delivery. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and was assured after confirming the address again, the flowers would be delivered two days later. I received an email the next day advising me the flowers are being held and can't be delivered due to missing address information. This after I experienced trouble with a Christmas delivery. FTD isn't what it used to be.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
