The Full Nest Bouquet was received in poor condition, since it was left on a 100⁰ porch in Florida...no door knock with personal delivery. Some of the fragile blooms were already moldy. I fear that... See more

Bouquet more beautiful than the picture, arrived on time, and recipient was delighted. You did everything just right. Thank you!

I don't know if the arrangement I ordered to be delivered to her burial site was done. I received an email stating that it was delivered, but no visual confirmation. I tried to get the name of the florist to verify myself, with no success. I live over 1000 miles away from the delivery destination, so I couldn't just hop in my car to see for myself. Your representatives should give the florist information when asked.

I ordered the arrangement well in advance of the delivery date. My understanding is that the first delivery attempt was made in the evening after the recipient had gone home. Arrangement = A+, Delivery = F.

They delivered the flowers to the location, but did not ensure the person received them as a result my wife did not get her flowers on our anniversary day. I did include her phone number for any questions or text updates.

It was a day late......
It was the tiniest arrangement when I paid for the largest one. The flowers were dead and droopy at delivery. I was embarrassed that I sent that. Never again!

Never received an email saying it was delivered. Looked online and it said it was delivered. Not trusting it (had non delivery problems before) I called the recipient and she said they were not delivered. Sall FTD and was told have her check her doors. That is not a good answer of course she had checked her doors. They were finally delivered but 4 days after her birthday. Doubtful that I will ever use FTD again !!!

We went to a funeral today. I ordered a plant. This is what was sent to a funeral. How disrespectful for the family missing their loved one. Bad enough it stands only 12 inches in height but to send it in a valentines pot? I’m so embarrassed by this and so mad.
It doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. It looks like a $5.00 plant from Walmart. This is shameful.
Yes I contacted the FTD but the damage had been done.

Absolutely abysmal. I was sending some flowers as part of an apology to a friend and what was sent made an embarrassing situation even more mortifying. I chose a very lovely tastfull looking arrangement. Spent over $80 ( and that with a coupon on top) and what was received by the person was akin to what you would find in an interstate highway rest area midi mart after 2AM. It was a mess in color, and was horribly arranged, and used the cheapest low class flowers one could use and was sent in a tacky mason jar. It literally looked like a toddler threw the thing together. They say they are going to redo it, lets see how they did and I will rero my review, but currently I would rate them a zero star floral provider.I don't know what florist put this arrangement together, and chose these flowers, but whoever it was, should not be in an artistic profession. I am utterly mortified that such a tacky, ugly arrangement was sent out and made an already mortifying situation worse. Good going FTD.
Update: They never contacted me from here as promised but did respond to my email to them. TThe first bouquet they sent was awful, looked cheap and ugly and as an embarrassment. It looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered. But they free of cost sent a 2nd arrangement (two days later as they did it by business days) after I complained and that looked lovely according to the daughter of the person I sent them to. So I will come back and use them again, but never for a time when it was important like this. This was an apology and it added to my embarrassment and a further akward situation. I think they should be doing this differently and you get to ok the flowers they are about to send, so incidents like this won't happen and the florist this was sent through should be removed from their vender list as they were TERRIBLE. The arrangement they initially sent was so ugly and cheesy. $80 (with a coupon) and that's what you get, some flowers that don't go with each other, don't resemble the bouquet chosen even remotely, totally different colors and are cheap variety flowers, and weren't arranged well. Yes, that florist should be taken off their list permanently as it darn lost them a client. Nobody there ever wrote me back and apologized the way I would have.

This is unbelieveable! My order was placed on April 15th and my confirmation said delivery would occur on the17th. Well, yesterday was the 25th and the arrangement still had yet to be delivered with the message it would be delivered on the 30th! When I contacted FTD all I got was their AI assistant replying with an unacceptable prewritten response about how sorry they were. I responded to AI saying I wanted a real person to contact me and that did not happen. I will NOT be using FTD again! I have always used FTD up to this point, but NO MORE!

I sent a birthday flower arrangement to a friend who lives out of state. While I did not see the actual item she received, she raved about how lovely and colorful it was. It was delivered on her birthday as I had requested. Thank you so much !

Beautiful flower arrangements on both orders, and they were perfect for the solemn occasion of service for the passing of our dear loved one!
