Expensive shipping cost to the UK for a 1kg parcel but following contact with them they reduced shipping and the wheel bolts arrived safely.

This company is absolutely ridiculous…
This company is absolutely ridiculous made purchase for a pair of depo honda civic headlights with shipping fee only for the company to scan on to dls delivery system but not handing over my order for delivery... waitiled 3 days only to have to contact them myself to inquire what is going on then a day later i get told i have to pay extra charges for package to be released for delivery what a ridiculous scam... Do not trust them and be very careful before purchasing.. i have open a paypal dispute and now the company is asking me to cancel dispute for them to ship my order they must think i am stupid.. i will be reporting them to trading standards as i have a full log and report of everything from day one...
