They sent the product to the wrong…
They sent the product to the wrong adress. I wrote them to send it to the workshop, but the sent it to me. Now I have to drive 45 Kilometers to bring it over!

Amazing COmpany
Serious company! By mistake I had ordered 4 piston ring kits, they immediately wrote to inform me of the thing, and make sure that the order was not a mistake, correcting it and compensating me shortly after!

Utterly disgusting service
Utterly disgusting service. The part I ordered was not in stock, apparently 'contact us for a delivery time' means that the item is not in stock. Although I was prepared to wait so I placed my order and £184 was taken, I then received an email saying that they did not have the item in stock and had no idea when it will be in stock. They offered an 'alternative' at double the original cost with a paltry 10% discount, which I fail to see as an alternative. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. They took payment for a part they knew was not available and doubled the price for the 'alternative'. It's a shame as I have heard great things about this company and was excited to order from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry with the whole experience. I will never do business with fullcartuning again. Avoid.

really quick shipping was shipped out same as order with tracker, arrived fairly fast and was in good condition was wrapped well and box was well sealed.

Ordered exhaust part when out of stock. No issues, clear communication throughout process from these guys and the main supplier. Received dates, was held back slightly, again no issues. Once part was in stock, took 6 days to arrive at my doorstep in the UK. Besides the lead time, service and communication was top tier. Really happy with the product as well, sounds amazing.

Damaged Spoiler
I ordered a spoiler off them and it came damaged to me. I sent them countless emails explaining this and no issue has been solved.
I’m very angry and disappointed that I spent so much money on the spoiler for my Honda Civic 2008.
