The whole experience has been lovely
The whole experience has been lovely. I was nervous about getting a cargo bike but being able to book for a trial ride was so worthwhile. Yuri was incredibly kind and calm and at no point was there any pressure to buy. Just really supportive. Once I decided to proceed, the service was amazing - really flexible and efficient. Just picked my gocycle up from service department fully charged firstly amazing excellent customer service from Ben at customer service desk always so helpful and always have good chat . Next is sivio bike technician who has done full service on my bike definitely 5 stars for sivio my gocycle needed new front wheel bearing normally only gocycle can fix and you will be without bike for at least couple weeks sivio removed fitted new wheel bearing in one day I believe he's made he's own sort special tool to remove front wheel bearing so my opinion sivio is very good great asset to fully charged and when my bike comes out of fully charged for service the bike feels like it's brand new again very happy customer

I recently purchased a Brompton Electric G Line Extras from Fully Charged, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had visited a few other electric bike stores, but none came close to the level of service I received here.

Great selection and a world of knowledge in one place
We were looking to test-ride an electric family cargo bike and found it very difficult to find anywhere in the north-east.
We contacted fully charged and ended up making a trip to London out of it.
We arrived about 3 hours earlier than expected and after a quick call the team agreed they could fit us in earlier (without compromise, we felt like we had all the time in the world and were never rushed).
Shoutout to Micheal, he has a great knowledge about all features of different styles and brands, he showed us a great route for testing the bike as well.
Again no pressure to buy, just a great customer experience and a very clear email stating the types/brands/accessories/prices etc.
We love our R&M Load4 and so does our little girl
Expert Customer Service
As a new to cargo bike buyer, I wanted a place that had a broad range and gave me the opportunity to test them. I was lucky enough to meet Michael at Fully Charged, with my 5 year old in tow, and he was like an encyclopedia on e-bikes. He took the time to explain things in beginner terms, made me feel comfortable, and even got my child excited.
He then respectfully followed up, answering my questions, helping me as I worked through bike scheme funding. It made the decision to purchase from Fully Charged easy.
On my pickup day, the technician again was incredibly patient, easing my into my ownership and setting me on my way.

The older male receptionist was inconsistent with his information to me, compared to another customer. The customer service is terrible online and in store it is even worse. The product is okay, if only the service matched the prices. A shame to spend approx £5k on a product that does not have the customer support to match.

I recently bought an e-bike from Fully Charged and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Daimen was knowledgeable about all the models they stocked and answered all my questions fully and helped me make the right decision for my circumstances. He responded to my emails promptly, advised me on the cycle to work scheme and was unfailingly polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Fully Charged if you’re a first time e-bike customer.

Just bought my second bike from Fully Charged. I believe they gave me good advice, very happy with my purchase. Even though I am buying 2nd hand, including a part exchange for the old one, they treated me properly.
Bike battery replacement…
Unfortunately my bike battery stopped working all of a sudden. It was an expensive repair but the repair team at Fully Charged were excellent. The servicing/repair team rang me to explain what was needed, given the high cost of needing to replace the battery. He was honest about what was not needed at this point in time, which helped me reduce costs at a difficult time of unexpected expenses. They charged me for parts only which was expensive but did not charge for labour. I bought the bike from Fully Charged precisely because of I valued the possibility of a good servicing experience. This was exactly what I needed and what I was offered. Safety and reliability. Thank you Fully Charged for keeping us riding.
