I have purchased from Function18 many times but won’t be purchasing from them again. Purchased some trousers last month, returned them the day after receiving them and still waiting for a refund a month later.
I have emailed numerous times and left message with customer service department, had no reply from either email or telephone message left, more importantly had no refund. Returned item was sent recorded and signed for so no excuse.
Very disappointing as I will have to raise this dispute with my credit card company now for my refund.

These guys are great and provide an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Titleist stand bag which had a missing rain cover. Spoke to Michael and he went out of his way to get a replacement rain cover to me as soon as possible. Top notch service!

Wow!!! Fantastic. Like to order a few Galvin Green bits each year, couldn’t find the “new in” tops I wanted on their site and googled the garment. Stumbled across this site but was very dubious items in stock and promising very swift delivery. Too good to be true? Did some checks and went for it.
Order confirmation was immediate. Process confirmed after 10 minutes, despatched and tracking after 30!! Order placed and received in under 20 hours well packaged etc

Ordered three (3) play off shirts, which were marked down. Shipping fee was very low and received my order within 4 days. Kept up to date with confirmation/delivery details via email. When package arrived their return/refund policy was included. Will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

Superb service ordered 2 beautiful J.Lindeberg golf jumpers for choice of size. They arrived in 2 days. I sent the smaller one back and had a refund 2 days later! Product quality was fantastic. Will be ordering from this company again 5*

Excellent golf website! I’ve ordered twice from there for my boyfriend because he loves golf and JL clothing. The orders are dispatched within less than an hour of placing them and they are delivered next day for no additional cost. They’re an excellent website and offer great customer service. Very happy with my purchases. They arrive just as described and in immaculate condition. Would recommend!

Ordered a new polo shirt in the Function 18 sale on Saturday, and it was delivered to me next day, despite the original eta being the following Tuesday !
Have used Function 18 on many previous occasions, but it also struck me how clear, easy to navigate and responsive their website is, plus the quality of products is superb - unlike some of their competitors. Their Rewards system is great too, as item prices are not hiked to pay for it. Always my first stop when looking to buy new gear.

Top online company, fantastic service. Brought an Original Penguin top at a great price it was too big but returns policy means I have returned original and received perfect size all with 4 day!! Outstanding Service and will be my first online store from now on.

Looking to buy from this company but needed a question answered, but getting no reply on the phones . Does not fill me with confidence as there are so many scammers out there.

I am a sceptic online purchaser and had never used Function18 before. Prices seemed really good and free delivery to New Zealand??? Where's the catch???
Turned out there was none. Very impressed. Ordered waterproof jacket and trousers on a Sunday with order dispatched on Monday afternoon. 12,000 miles later received package early on Friday morning. (UK Thursday night). Communication and tracking of parcel 1st class with DHL. Great price. All ordered items received in 1st class condition. Very happy golfer.

Super customer service. At first I was sent the wrong product by mistake. Emailed and had a respond with 1/2 hour and returns form and label sent across within the hour. My correct product was sent out that day and received 24 hours later. So can’t fault the service side. Would use again

I had an issue with a product I ordered, I had a response the same day and it was resolved the day after. Response came on a Saturday after working hours too. Amazing customer service.

Will always do my golf apparel orders through them now.

Bought an Oakley snood which, through no fault of Function 18, some developed some defects.

I contacted Function 18 and dealt with Michael who was superb. He arranged for the Oakley to replace and when the snood wasn’t available gave me my pick of other items or a credit note.

Michael was fast and helpful and I only wish my experiences with other retailers matched this.
