Upon receiving my parcel, I was disappointed to discover that one of the items I had eagerly anticipated was missing. After emailing to inquire about the absent item, I was informed that it was unfortunately out of stock. This experience frustrated me, as the overall service was far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer.

Quality knives, prompt communication, fast postage

Have purchased many knives from Furi now. Love the feel and weight of them, stay sharp for a long time, and usually have good deals at times too, making them quite affordable.

So sharp it makes cutting anything feel easy. The lightest pressure only is required. Our old knife felt thick and blunt by comparison.

Quick delivery and product was the same as 15 years ago when the knife set was purchased.

I have a Füri knife I bought over 20 years ago and it is still going strong. I then bought a set more recently and while they are still great knives, they are thinner than my old one. And the bread knife isn't that good. If it wasn't for the bread knife, they'd get 5 stars.

I purchased several Furi knives around 25 years ago. It could have been longer ago than that. Naturally, my receipt has long since disappeared. I have loved the 17cm East-West knife, since the day I bought it. Incredibly versatile, beautifully balanced and a delight to hold and use. Sadly, my East-West knife developed a small crack in the blade. I contacted customer service and posted a couple of photos. THREE DAYS later, a brand new East-West knife appeared in my PO Box. WOW! The new knife is superior to the old one. A more comfortable handle and the dimple things make cutting soft veges easier. Kudos to Furi customer service.

I’ve had a set of five Furi knives for about 8 months now, and they are, quite simply, the best knives I’ve ever had. I bought their knife sharpener at the same time, and I sharpen them once a week, and that keeps them in great condition. I don’t put them in the dishwasher. They look good. I love how hygienic they are, as they’re made from one piece of steel.
