Honestly I was very apprehensive about buying on line, but credit due to Furniture & Choice they made buying my new chairs so easy ! I ordered them got confirmation within a day , I chose the delivery date which made life easier.
The boxes arrived with full assembly instructions which we followed and these chairs I chose are amazing for the money ! I am over the moon with the quality so pleased with them.

Sofas are really nice , had to get help to put them together , delivery was not good waited all day so rang company up and said had an issue so couldn’t deliver that day , so wasted a full day and paid £30 for it

Delivery was spot on! The two young men were so attentive, asked us the preference on the drop off and overall the customer service journey has been great.

Having moved to an old cottage with very narrow entrance doors my main concern was finding a good quality sofa which would fit comfortably through the front door into the living room. It was so helpful to be given the minimum access packaging width which ensured peace of mind for delivery. It was also helpful to be able to order swatches because the photos online don't represent the true colour but I was able to check that I was happy with my colour choice plus the feel and thickness of the fabric. There was no sales pressure at all, particularly as I wanted to give myself time to make sure I had made the right choice and F&C didn't disappoint. Delivery was straightforward, I unwrapped and put the sofa together, by myself, simply slotting the back into place and fitting the feet on. Lots of cardboard wrapping to dispose of but it went out with the recycling cut into smaller pieces. I am a very happy customer! Many thanks for a superb service.
