We brought a couple of sofa’s. Tammy who served us was extremely helpful and answered all our questions making buying the sofa’s very straightforward.

Yeah, nice salesman, they shout. They consult out our problem. We seem to have at a moment. We were delivered the wrong item of furniture for the bedroom.We've ended up with a tall boy wee was expecting a chest of drawers this help. I can resolve the situation for us.

We had had a difficult shop to do for an elderly relative but Tammy made our experience so much easier. We found the bed we needed all sorted with ease so thank you Tammy xx

Patricia has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She gave excellent advice on both the design and functionality of the couch, mattress, pillows and Laura Ashley mirror that I purchased, and really took the time to make sure everything suited what I was looking for.

She has also been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. Communication has been excellent, and she has kept me updated throughout the delivery process, which made everything feel straightforward and well organised.

The level of service Patricia has provided has genuinely made a difference to the overall experience. I’m really pleased with my purchases and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for helpful, attentive and knowledgeable service.

Matthew was very good at explaining the different choices we had. He helped us make a choice without being pushy . He also got us the best deal . The other sales assistant an Indian gentleman also offered great assistance.

Karunaker, was absolutely amazing, I got into the store to buy a table and chairs , however the table and chairs were no longer available (discontinued, ) he was so helpful and helped me check with warehouse and he found me my table , thank you ever so much , for your absolute customer service care .

Very good listener, was able to connect with the sales lady as we had dogs in common. Not pushy at all.

Matthew at the Chelmsford store was extremely helpful from start to finish when we were buying our sofas.

He gave us great advice without ever being pushy, which can sometimes be the case in furniture stores. He was also very patient with us, especially as we found it difficult to decide on the right colour. He kindly let us take the swatch book home so we could take our time and make the right decision.

We really appreciated his helpful and relaxed approach throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Matthew to family and friends who are looking to buy new furniture.
