Very good listener, was able to connect with the sales lady as we had dogs in common. Not pushy at all.

Matthew at the Chelmsford store was extremely helpful from start to finish when we were buying our sofas.

He gave us great advice without ever being pushy, which can sometimes be the case in furniture stores. He was also very patient with us, especially as we found it difficult to decide on the right colour. He kindly let us take the swatch book home so we could take our time and make the right decision.

We really appreciated his helpful and relaxed approach throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Matthew to family and friends who are looking to buy new furniture.

We were served by Karunaker during our visit and he was most helpful without being too intrusive and pushy which we both appreciated.

We had a great experience at FV. We weren't hassled when we entered the shop which is a massive plus for me. The staff waited to be approached and were extremely helpful. Not taken delivery yet, but communication is just at the right level.

Patricia Rolfe was very helpful but also gave us space and time to discuss between my husband and I.

We were made to feel very welcome.

Was not over powered by sales reps which is a big plus for us.

Very happy with our sale consultant Karunaker, he explained the option for dining room chairs and colour options to match the Lewis table. Helpful but not intrusive which was great.
