Furniture Village - Chester Reviews 

Terry was very welcoming, gave us all information we needed. Very friendly face and gave us many options based off we first chose. He went through all the paperwork thorough for us to understand what we were signing. He’s such a good laugh too.

Terry was really helpful in helping us find our sofa we came in last week looking and said we were about to move into our first home and was so helpful we came back a week later and have ordered our sofa highly recommend Terry super helpful

I ordered an electric ottoman bed with tempur mattress from this company they estimated a month anyway a fortnight later they gave us a delivery date so booked day off emptied room etc The lads turned up and set about assembling said bed I can’t fault these lads clean tidy quick and efficient.Anyway they discovered a box was missing so they rang warehouse he said put bed together and they would get electrics outs asap. I thought oh it must have been left off in error annoying but mistakes happen .I heard nothing from them so on Thursday I rang a lady who said she would email warehouse it would take 48 hours at most for reply.Well I don’t know what time zone this was because I still hadn’t heard anything by Saturday,so another phone call they said in hand they needed to get hold of suppliers on Monday a week after first delivery.The really annoying part is obviously this part wasn’t in when bed was out for delivery so why put it on van or at least ring and check if ok to deliver it and wait for part.I shouldn’t be surprised because if they can’t count number of boxes correctly they aren’t going to be able to compose an email.The whole thing is a real pain I will have to book another holiday as I work 12hour nights.The fact that the customer care really doesn't care as every time I had contact was when I instigated the call.Needless to say I won’t be shopping there again and anyone with any sense won’t shop there either

Good service, great product.

Delivery guys Luke and Vinnie were great and did a good tidy job.

Went to get a new corner sofa few weeks back. Terry very knowledgeable, and not ‘pushy’ which makes a change!
Great guy to speak with, made us feel at ease, and answered all of the questions we had.

Jonny the store manager was so welcoming and even offered us both a lollies ice which was appreciated given the heat. Paul the sales consultant was very helpful explaining all the benefits of the furniture. A great all round experience at the Chester store.

Terry looked after us in the showroom and experience was largely smooth. We did have to wait a while as there were no staff upstairs to talk to

We have always had excellent customer service from the staff in furniture village in Chester. We were served by Helen who really helped us with finding a sideboard for our new house. She was patient, attentive and very helpful. The role of a salesperson is to sell however Helen made the process personable and gave is the right advice to find what we wanted. Thank you.

Very nice and professional service

The foot stool was delivered, but not put together by the delivery person. They parked in front of the house, blocking the road and said you ok to put it together and left, this is not what we expected as the sales person said they deliver and install

Thanks to Callum for his wisdom and knowledge, we bought 2 sofas today.
No pressure, no flash sales techniques, just good advice and a sense of humour. It was refreshing. Thanks Callum.

Staff were happy to help or leave you alone, everything was explained from timings to warranty, fabric care, liked the fact we could have the same fabric on different ranges, not something you can always do.

Just bought a new sofa with Terry he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and wasn’t pushy at all had an amazing experience!
