We have only ordered our sofas so far but everything so far has been great. Suzi at Exeter was patient and didn't try to hard sell which was appreciated. The ordering process was easy and we are looking forward to the call saying they are coming.

Friendly welcome. Staff not pushy. Very knowledgeable and listen to what you want.
We were seen my a fantastic chap I think he is called Mattius he was Portugal. He was also fantastic when my daughter was buying her sofa for her 1st home.

I recently ordered a new sofa from Furniture Village and would recommend the sales agent (Donna) who helped me. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, answering all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy. I particularly appreciated that she encouraged me to take the colour samples outside so I could see them in natural light — such a simple thing, but it made choosing the right colour much easier and gave me confidence in my decision. She was warm, friendly and professional throughout, and her approach was informative rather than pushy. She genuinely wanted to help me find the right product for my home, making what could have been a stressful buying decision feel easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service.

The staff in shop ( Donna, I think) were brilliant and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were kept up to date with the progression of our order. When the delivery was ready it was done on a day and time to suit us. Very happy, thank you

The sales consultant we saw, Ben Heately, was really lovely. Very friendly, Great knowledge of products, we didn’t feel pressured at all, he just explained any queries we had really well & left us alone when needed. We went in for a light fitting & came out having bought a new bed 😄 would definitely buy from here again. If the product & delivery are as good as this we'll be very happy!

Ben was very friendly, told us what we needed and then most importantly to us left us alone with our thoughts to make a decision, if he came across pushy we would have left without a purchase but as it was we felt comfortable it was on our terms and a sale was secured.

You sales lady Cindy Emmerson was helpful, percise and very efficient. We only came in because Dunelm did not open until 11.00am with no intention or interest in buting anything. Perhaps she deserves a bonus.

Helpful and friendly staff,

We visited your Exeter store to "just browse!" But saw some furniture we liked. As we had no measurements with us we left the store with a brochure. Next day we returned and spoke with Donna again who was well informed, attentive and very pleasant to work with. Consequently we placed an order that day. Donna did not push us into a purchase but guided us through all options. In our opinion she should be named employee of the month. Thank you Donna.

The sales consultant, Judy, was very helpful and patient. She went to great length to allow us to review colurs in natural light as well as under the store lighting. She went through our order very carefully to make sure the order was correct and she explained carefully the delivery process. Oh, and the freshly baked cookies were excellent.
