Both the manger and the sales consultant were very pleasant and welcoming. Both knew there jobs which in this day is refreshing.

Nice store layout and made to feel very welcome to try out the sofas. Donna was very helpful, knowledgeable, never made us feel under pressure for a sale and gave us a good price for what we chose and then followed it up with a confirmation email with the details we requested just as promised. Very happy with the whole experience.

Kane was very helpful and gave us lots of information giving us time to make a decision.
Very happy with our purchase and would recommend.

Donna Martin at Furniture Village Exeter was a super star 💫 she has the patience of a Saint, knows everything about the products and actually cares about the customer. She’s a first class sales lady, who makes you feel so welcome without being pushy.

Thanks to Suzie squire I got the settee I was after and nothing was too much trouble . I have some health issues so was important I got this right and suzie got me all the info needed and measurements and to be quite honest having visited the Taunton shop some weeks earlier I was not approached or even spoken to having spent an hour there which was disappointing .Nothing was too much trouble for Suzie , she is very professional and a massive asset to this company plus I will be returning to the Exeter store for further purchases shortly and will be delighted if Suzie can manage my order .

We had a great shopping experience, with Donna being very helpful throughout. During our initial visit for research and comparison, she patiently provided all necessary information without any pressure. When we returned to purchase, she was again extremely helpful, attentive, and meticulous, ensuring everything was clear and met our expectations.

The only minor drawback was the delivery time, which was slightly longer than we preferred, but it did not affect the quality of the products or the excellent service.
A heartfelt thank you to Donna for making our experience so positive.

Visited the store on Fri 28th August to look at buying a new sofa and dining room furniture. Luckily for me, I was met by Donna who was brilliant at navigating me in the right direction. She was knowledgeable and professional about all the products and services available. She was patient in answering all of my questions. The visit ended with me purchasing everything I needed (and more!). I couldn't have done this without Donna's help.
The coffee and cookies were nice too!

Lovely lady served us . Nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t know what we wanted, she had lots of patience showed us different dining tables with matching units different legs .. we finally ordered pop up dining 6 chair grey display unit matching sideboard matching table and a lamp table matches but not ment to lol really happy with what we brought thankyou

The right level of attention, at the right points without being overbearing. Nice range to choose from. Time given to reflect and research other options.

Ryan was very informative and read cues well - no hard sell. He deserves the money he will have earned. I don't mind sales people getting commission when I'm buying a bed. I want there to continue to be physical stores, so if it costs me around £100 more to be able to try as many mattresses as I want in a short space of time, and I get to deal with an actual human being, that's a tip I'm happy to pay.

This was the first time I visited Furniture Village and what a great experience it was. I was looking to buy a new sofa set and was able to walk around the store and look at all the sofas easily. Once I had decided on my purchase I spoke to Ben one of the sales team who could not have been more helpful in assisting with my purshase. I would definately recomend a visit.

We have had our bed delivered within a week of order and a scheduled delivery of dining chairs within 2 weeks. From Suzie in Exeter being knowledgeable and helpful in taking our order, the admin of arranging delivery and Neil and Brad who made the home delivery with care. Excellent service.
