I think it seems to be a thing these days that you get asked for a review when you’ve visited a store and placed an order. Giving a review at this stage bears no resemblance to when the goods arrive, whether they are in a good condition, whether they are installed carefully and whether there are any ongoing post delivery issues. YOU KNOW THIS. IT’S A PLOY TO GET GOOD REVIEWS WHEN YOU HAVENT EVEN DELIVERED A SERVICE. Hence 2 stars . Be honest and ask for reviews at the RIGHT TIME

Great customer service. All staff were friendly, the lady that served us was lovely and dealt with our order so quickly. We are looking forward to getting our sofa. We also bought a picture and we are returning to buy a rug and a lamp. Lovely clean shop.

Not a very good start but then ANKUSH came to the rescue and sorted out the problem

Had yet another delivery from Furniture Village, Exeter this time by Lee & Steve & yet again you couldn't fault the way they do their job. Very friendly, polite & caring & kept us informed of their delivery time as running earlier than expected. A big thank you to one & all at this fantastic business

Donna was really friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all and was very helpful with any questions we had. We explained what we were looking for, she pointed us in the direction of the best options and left us to make a decision. The whole process was smooth and would like to add Donna is a huge credit to the FV team.

Despite several attempts to contact post delivery customer service due to such long wait lists on tel, finally spoke to Khadija today. She was very helpful and handled my call really well and gave me confidence that my issues would be followed through and eventually resolved. Thorough and informative, all took time for her to sort out, so can now see why tel queues are so long.
Happy to leave a further review once my issues resolved

First of all we were impressed by the quality of the products. Then Marcelo came to help us. Extremely first class customer service with him. He was very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. Definitely a credit and asset to your company, we would give him 20 stars if we could.

Donna was funny, well humoured and really pleasant to deal with. Sorted awesome mattress with 2 great pillows, pressed the buy get one free button

Ben was extremely helpful at helping to advise us which mattress to purchase. He explained everything clearly in both a friendly and professional manner.

We were just browsing to see what was on offer. We found the choices,quality and design very appealing. We had a very helpful knowledgeable sales manager who certainly knew her stuff. She was very considerate and confident.
