Very pleased with the service we received

We strolled in just to have a look at beds with no idea about prices and choice. Tom Rich greeted us and gave some initial advice then when we were clearer helped us with our purchases. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful (also good sense of humour 😀).

We were looking for a sofa and Andy Brown at the Gillingham branch was very helpful. He spent a lot of time showing us around different products and answered all our questions with good detail and clarity. We ended up buying a sofa which we are really happy with. Andy was polite and friendly, and we were happy to purchase from him.

I had some what of a problem I called the customer care team and spoke to Amber she was amazingly helpful very polite and understanding and solved the issue immediately a pleasure to deal with

My order was for a dinning table and four chairs. At sa.e time I ordered a coffee table to match.
On delivery the base for the table was incorrect. Coffee table was OK and was left. The dinning table and chairs taken back. I have recieved no contact since?
When I contact I am told they are looking into it? Try ringing cust service?
