We visited for the first time and so happy with Michael who was the perfect sales person and thanks to him we bought a Two Seater leather settee. Looking forward to getting it delivered before Christmas.

From the start with Jay as our go to furniture village rep, through to Victoria with the home visit to do the design element and then the re-jiggle as some of the stuff we wanted wouldn't fit.... everything was perfect - Jay and Victoria couldn't have been more helpful in terms of calming us down when we panicked, helping us choose items that complimented and matched.... they care its not just sales and its so obvious that they care and as a result we are delighted with our products and service received! We have another room we now want designed and we will be back! We got our living room and two bedrooms designed and we will be back to do our 3rd room now too! Fantastic - Jay and Victoria 10 out of 10!

It’s my first time visiting Furniture Village and the customer service was exceptional. Jay was so helpful and got us everything we needed. He was really knowledgeable around the products and gave us great variety to choose from. Would certainly come back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. Calum at the Glasgow West store gave us all the information we needed without being pushy. He remembered us from a previous visit when we initially looked at the sofa when buying dining chairs. Excellent customer service which would make us return.

Furniture village is a lovely store with a great selection of furniture all different styles and types to suit all. The staff are more than helpful and very friendly while leaving you to look around without feeling any pressure at all to buy anything. We did end up buying a beautiful dining table and chairs that we had been shopping around for and the one in furniture village was just perfect for us. The sales consultant Helen was more than helpful and answered all questions we asked without hesitation she was very friendly while still doing her job most professionaly. We would definitely return to the store again in the future. We will also be recommending family and friends to visit furniture village at somepoint soon.

The shop is very good staff dont follow you around all the time iff you need help you have just to ask Michael that served us was very helpful

A few things made my visit very good.
Variety of goods, space between displays as I am in a wheelchair.
Staff very good in not overwhelming us by staying at a distance and showing us where drinks station was.
It was a pleasure to shop. Goods not due to be delivered to October.

Great service and Derek explained everything with every detail covered.
