My 3 sofas were delivered on 14th October by Jimmy and Brian who delivered on time and had the sofas assembled and in place in no time at all - they were extremely pleasant and helpful

It was great, very straight forward and great protection package.

Shirley was awesome. We are allowed to browse in peace, resulting in us actually buying a sofa. Furniture Village has a great range of stock. Great location too xx

The staff are so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, nothing was a problem. Chris & James were amazing as I couldn't make up my mind on what sofa I wanted and they were brilliant in helping me make a decision ... bought my dining table & chairs there also a few months ago... would recommend them at all times.

We dealt with Frances today who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very kind, friendly and knowledgable and recommended based on our own circumstances. Very happy with our order and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

Shop process was great, dealing with logistics was good and were flexible

Delivery….could have been better. Slightly disheartening when the delivery team open the assembly instructions on how to build the table….paying money for delivery/assembly for the team to read the instructions and still not know how to build the table legs. Not very professional to be honest.

Sunny was very professional, helpful and lots of patience as i changed my mind several times. He is a true asset to your business. Excellent service from him.

Excellent show room with sensible layout and wide variety of furniture. Staff were available to assist but were not pushy and we were left to browse happily. In time an assistant named Deryck came forward and asked if he could help - which he did very knowledgeably and in a very pleasant manner. As a result I ended up buying two x leather settees after all costs had been discussed and agreed

I did not like the fact that my attempt to report my issue to the shop direct was futile and wasted a lot of time.

Good service at the shop from staff, no pressure buying the sofas, delivery service was very good and sofas put in place and packaging taken away, can’t fault our experience at Glasgow West shop
