Great customer services very polite and welcoming

Speak to Chris in the ipswich store…he will give you best customer service, help, advice and always welcome customers with a smile. I’ve dealt with Chris many times and he gives me the best possible deal, makes me feel like a valued customer and nothing is too much trouble. The products are fantastic and the whole shopping experience at furniture village ipswich is always a pleasure. Thanks guys 👍

I have never been in one of these before, but was a nice surprise to find a gentleman called Craig super friendly and not pushy, he asked the right questions and we sorted out a mutual deal, I bought my bed on the spot there and then, he also made me a coffee, a nice touch as always, I would definitely come here again, super service and really nice quality item

Excellent professional service.

Rachel (sales assistant) was very helpful making it very clear what our options were and the costs involved. She spent time with us and never rushed us to make a decision. In fact she went above and beyond.

We were acknowledge and allowed to walk around without pressure. After selection the salesperson then gave us further details on the unit. He the ran through to delivery and costs which were acceptable and completed the purchase.

One of our chairs was delivered damaged and we were told someone would be in touch to arrange a replacement. We have heard no more.

Craig was very helpful in explaining all the options in relation to an extendable dining table we wanted to buy.

We went into Furniture Village needing a couple of new sofas. We knew exactly what we wanted and Craig was excellent in showing us the possibilities. Before long we found the exact size, shape, colour and came away having ordered our perfect sofas! No need to trawl round the other stores! Thanks Craig!

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff who are not too pushy. Easy purchase process which our salesman described clearly. Apologies cannot recall his name but he was excellent. Then left the store to get a phone call regards delivery and it will be delivered in two days. Great service

I am 5’ and found the base of new bed too high to be able to get in and out. I had brought IN STORE. If I had gone back home and ordered ONLINE I could have returned it and got a refund. I have now ordered and paid for a ‘shallow’ base.

We have recently bought a couple of items from here, and both times Rachael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all fun to deal with, if you cannot have a laugh (or cry) when spending money - when can you!!!
The quality is spot on, but delivery times are painfully slow - although that is not the stores fault.
Go in after 4 on a Sunday - you will be the only ones in there as they are open until 5pm.
