Ordered a dining table and chairs today at Furniture Village at White City Manchester. We were served by the lovely Cathy. She was so helpful and made the purchase a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend using this shop

we only came in to have a look, one gentleman came asked if we would like a coffee then pretty much left us alone which was great because we didn’t feel under pressure. when we had questions he was available to help us

We wandered into Furniture Village Manchester having just visited another bed store around the corner, only really coming in to give us a point of comparison to another mattress.

Because of narrow stairs in our new house, we knew we could only consider mattresses which came rolled up, so I cornered the nearest sales assistant I could find and asked him to point us in the right direction.

Dinesh (aka DJ) could not have been more helpful, kind, or patient. He talked to us about our circumstances, and then walked us through the mattresses we were able to consider.

Two complimentary hot drinks later, and we’d decided on a mattress to purchase that was slightly above our price range, but worth it for comfort and longevity. DJ did not rush us, and gave us time and space to consider the purchase. He also kindly explained the mattress protector options, and gave us a little discount too.

This was our first ever mattress purchase, and we felt at ease at ever stage of the process - almost entirely thanks to DJ! A very different experience to other furniture stores, and we’re very happy with our decision.

Looking forward to receiving the mattress early next week (thanks to DJ expediting it for us!!). Thank you so much.
