From the showroom experience right through to delivery everything was really impressive. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff [especially Kwok Lee] were helpful but never pushy. Having made the purchase the printed contract did not reflect the agreed request regarding delivery time. This being down to a standard contract wording which cannot be changed by the store. However a couple of calls to the store resolved the position with an email to support the requested delivery changes. Once again all the staff the manager & Halley were very helpful. Obviously we await our sofa & armchair but would we go back to Peterborough Store - YES 100% very helpful goog products good offers nice coffee nice people

We went into Furniture Village today looking for a replacement consul table not quite sure what happened but we came away having ordered a bed , mattress, bedside tables and two chests of drawers .
No seriously we couldn’t find a suitable table and decided to look at mattresses while we were there as ours was due for replacement.
Graham from the sales team asked if we needed any help and offered us coffee. On his return we asked some questions about various options which he answered with great knowledge and left us to browse.
As there was so much choice we decided we didn’t need to look elsewhere.
We found Graham once again and placed our order for the bedroom furniture .
We will certainly use Furniture Village again.

Been into the Peterborough store this morning and was helped by Kwok Lee, this is the second time we have been helped by him and all i can say is exceptional service and a real credit to the company.

Planned a trip to Furniture Village just to look at dining room tables and chairs. Their range was incredible and we quickly chose and fell in love with a table with 6 chairs.
Their range service we received was impeccable and then to be offered coffee and instore baked cookies, wow!
We are very very happy with our experience there and can’t wait to get our table and chairs in time for a big family dinner on Christmas Day.

Just ordered our new sofa and snuggle chair with Kwok and Andy at the Peterborough branch. We were looked after superbly from our first visit up to the point of order. We’re now excited to receive our new lounge furniture.

Went into the Peterborough store today to look at their mattress range. We were not hassled by sales assistants when we walked through the door which is good.
The sales assistant we spoke to was Fiona Jay and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went through all the different options with us and she knew all about the product that she was selling. Another good point in favour of Furniture Village is that they are dog friendly and apart from the excellent service is why we decided to make a purchase

The sales assistant Graham Roberts was very imformative and helpful. We needed a sofa that was available as soon as possible. He showed us the range of sofa's and he explained what colours and material they were in. He was very nice and let us have the time to have a look around.

Mr Roberts was very pleasant and not pushy which I appreciate. Quick and painless experience. Everything explained clearly. I would definitely recommend.
