We just noticed a long crack in the glass element of a marble top extending table. Contacted FV and Natalie was extremely polite and helpful. She has taken it upon herself to forward images to the manufacturer to see if they can help. Positive experience even if the query comes to nothing. Thank you Natalie

Kieron was very helpful and arranged for an assessor to come and view our problem with the sofa. We have always had excellent service with this company and find they are very professional in all their dealings.

We were shopping for new dining chairs. The Peterborough store had a wide range of options available. The sales assistant, Fiona was very helpful in explaining the products and finishes and advising on potential options whilst taking on board our preferences and home colour schemes. This led to purchasing a table and sideboard too as the store had great offers available. The wide range of products also meant we didn’t have to visit another store!

Kwok Lee was very helpful, never pushy and quite patient as we tried several sofa’s. He explained how the headrest and the recliner parts worked on each of the sofa’ and about the delivery and assembly would all be done on arrival

Furniture delivered today and assembled by two very helpful delivery staff James and Andy from the Lincoln warehouse, very pleased with the service from shop at Peterborough to delivery today, sofa's are good quality and very comfortable.

The salesman was helpful, listened and allowed space to choose and decide. The ordering process was easy, with tea and biscuits provided, and the order was delivered on the date specified. The delivery crew were friendly, courteous and respectful, putting the furniture together and explaining everything. Overall, well-informed, good service from start to finish, and feels great quality. Recommend

Excellent support and service with no pressure on either of occasions we went into the store. Not a one off as we've used Furniture Village several times over the years and always been happy both with the sales team and quality of products. Most recent sales person sold us our sofa almost 15years ago and he's still there which suggests this is a company that treats employees well.

I was hoping for a corner unit but my lounge is an awkward shape and not very spacious. I'd asked chat GPT if there was a corner unit that would fit my lounge. It recommended one from Furniture village and even created images showing the unit in my lounge. But, it was not correct. Graham, our salesman advised us and showed us the Titch range and recommended it to us and said it'd sit perfectly where our existing 3 piece suite is. The Titch has slimmer arms and is more compact.

Overall our experience at furniture Village was a positive one.

Salesman Graham was very helpful without being pushy which is something I always appreciate. He made useful suggestions about the configuration of the furniture which allowed us to make a decision sooner than we had intended.

Salesperson went through various options, showing me the sofas that were available with a short delivery period.
Professional and courteous, well mannered.
Delivered in one week, erected in living room on first floor. Drivers were friendly. Took only fifteen or so minutes to fit.

Just telephoned Furniture Village and spoke with Nickie. Who gave excellent customer service, so helpful and dealt with my query immediately, excellent!!
