We bought 2 2 seater sofas, sales staff very helpful, was going to order on line but actually found out cheaper for delivery from the shop. Delivery men Andy and Shaun were great. Friendly and professional, in and out quickly, gave us a quick call to let us know they were on the way. We would buy again

Great service from Jamie and Lee in the delivery team. The guys let us know when they would get there and couldn't have been more helpful and informative.

Put both beds together and done a fantastic job in no time at all.

They cleared up all packaging and run us through the beds and how to use/manage/maintain etc.

Excellent service from Konrad and Glen at Furniture Village. They were both extremely polite, friendly and helpful, and clearly explained everything that was needed before getting started.

They built our bar stools quickly and efficiently and even took the time to place them neatly around our breakfast bar. Really impressed with their professionalism and the care they took throughout.

Walked into furniture village after being hassled in dreams. Strolled around until we found a bed. We spoke to sales consultant Joe walker from Drake house store and he was fantastic. Helped choose the best matress for us and even pillows. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite.
Our delivery service was fantastic Andy and shaun was brilliant! Fast, friendly and polite. Took care of our home whilst taking the huge bed upstairs. Thank you!

Huge thanks to Andy and Shaun for the excellent service they provided today. The unpacking, assembly and disposal of rubbish. Little things like putting on overshoes, clean tidy, first class double act.

Dane & Jamie arrived exactly when expected and managed to deliver a super king tv bed to our bedroom, assemble and test it, while also showing me how to use it, in an hour!

Very tidy and efficient, even helped me to put our mattress back on the bed which is a struggle to do alone.

The only evidence of them being in the house was the new bed!

Purchased table and chairs from York shop, sales person Steve was helpful and order was easy. Delivery was excellent, big thank you to Liam and Jamie for assembling table and chairs and taking all the packaging away

After very helpful assistance and a promise of quick delivery from Bill in the St Andrews Hull store, the delivery guys, Dane and Jamie, attended as per the specified time. The guys were polite, personable and very efficient.

Jaime and Lee took our new mattress to the bedroom and unrapped it put in position removed all packaging swiftly and quick, thanks .

Richard in store was really friendly and helpful . I was kept up to date with emails on my delivery times . The home delivery guys , Dane and Jordan were exceptional helpful and friendly. They were considerate to our property and took shoes off and took all the rubbish away and tidied up after themselves .

Arrived on time, after calling us to advise us of arrival time. Dane and Deon were very polite, knowledgeable and quick in all that they did, for us.
