Efficient process with two very professional and pleasant gent’s delivery..
Really nice experience.

Konrad and Dean delivered and built our sofa this morning. Professional, efficient and friendly.

The delivery guys, Jamie and Liam, worked swiftly and efficiently with care and attention. Shoes off at the door and very respectful.

Glen and Ben were on time and delivered the furniture to my chosen room. Unboxed it and took away all waste. Fantastic!

Excellent delivery and assembly service. Dain & Jordan were particularly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Liam and Jamie were super. They rang 30 minutes prior to the delivery time. They were professional in how they brought our dining furniture into the house, laid down mats. Everything was put together and all packaging taken away. Friendly and approachable. Would recommend Furniture Village.

To be honest the communication between Furniture Village & myself has been absolutely shocking.
We have spent a lot of money, and felt we had been treated shoddily by Furniture Village through no communication from themselves, and when I spoke to someone at the distribution centre they were arrogant & rude...I will be taking this further with Furniture Village..

The reason I am giving Furniture Village 5 stars is due to the two delivery drivers, otherwise it would have been 1 star..

Today we have received the unit after much wait & it is beautiful.
The two gentlemen who delivered it this morning were a absolute asset to the business. They were polite, kind, helpful & extremely funny to chat with. We could not of asked for two nicer delivery drivers. Unfortunately I could not offer them a brew as we have no water...But they were extremely professional & lovely gentleman...Thank you gents ❤️

Dain and Jordan were very professional,polite and considerate of our decor and many wall pictures. Removed there shoes on entering. Speedy installation, removing all rubbish.

tracking service kept updated and accurate information about arrival time both young men Glenn & Ben worked as a team built and placed my furniture where I asked

Andy & Charlie delivered my sideboard on Tuesday 15.09.2026. They were both very polite and respectful of my home. The installation was done efficiently and quickly and I was extremely happy with them.

Dan and Jordan delivered our dining furniture, put it together and cleared any rubbish up and took all the wrapping and boxes with them. They were very polite, friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend.

I have Sofa delivered and assembled today by Dain and Jordan. Very efficient and quick. Very happy with their service they have been brilliant

The drivers were very respectful of our property. Liam and Tom were very polite and completed the job perfectly

This rating is for the delivery guys only. Konrad and his partner (sorry forgot his name) were great guys - polite, friendly, informative and respectful.

I won’t be buying from Furniture Village again, communication is really poor, especially from York branch.

Nicest delivery men, Konrad and Deon. Very cheerful and helpful. Took great care of our new furniture during delivery and installation.
