My sofa was delivered by Konrad and Deon they were extremely polite and professional and a credit to your company they had the sofa in and put together and all rubbish taken away in next to no time even took there shoes off when there was no need to it was a 5* service by them both an absolute great all round service from furniture village from start to finish

Unfortunately our dinning table was faulty on arrival however, Jeff was honest regarding the issue and he was very knowledgeable. He explained what he thought was wrong, he called his technical colleague and he put our mind at ease. The other lads were polite and tidy, and kept us up to date with what was happening

Konrad and Deon delivered my bed today, they were excellent, kind, courteous and understanding of my mobility! I think they were the best the delivery drivers I’ve ever had, they fixed up my bed excellently, showed me all the steps to use my remote control for my bed. They took away the rubbish and did a really good job. Thank you!

The sofa was delivered and put together really quickly by Scott and Mark. We had only just moved into the house the day before so were grateful we could leave them to it and have it sorted so easily.

Arrived early , helped unpack , clean and polite

Jeff, Liam and Lee delivered our replacement sofa, respectively minding the paint work. They offered advice and information needed. They picked up all the debris after themselves.

The staff was amazing great guys we asked to move it further after they put it together and they did that happily removed all packaging absolutely love our new settee and thanks guys for putting it together and checking it all worked top guys

Jeff and Lee were fantastic. Very polite and there attention to detail was spot on like just checking the table was all alined and level when you swivelled it out to extend it. Loved how they worked together as a team especially Jeffs patience as he helped Lee learn new skills on the job. They constantly checked in and ensured I was happy with everything. They cleaned everything away after they were finished. Great Job from furniture village from instore experince right through to delivery. Top quality service.

The delivery drivers were excellent. Very considerate of our home, contacted us in plenty of time for us to be able to meet them at the property and they were personable, friendly and well mannered. The only thing is a scuff on the chair arm which was under all the wrapping. The drivers have taken a picture so I hope customer service will get in touch.
