Helpful and good advice when purchasing mattress. Delivery was when arranged and by careful and efficient guys. Only a pity they don't take away from the old mattress

Tom and Colin were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived bright and early at 6:50 am and were so quiet, considerate and professional. They laid down protective flooring before starting the job, took their shoes off whilst assembling the furniture, and worked quickly and efficiently without compromising on the quality of their work.

It was clear they really cared about doing the job properly and respecting our home. They were both polite, hardworking and an absolute credit to Furniture Village’s delivery team.

Thank you, Tom and Colin, for such a brilliant service. You couldn’t ask for better delivery and assembly men! Furniture Village, these two definitely deserve recognition for their outstanding work. 👏🏼

Neil and Ant delivered six chairs to me, they kept me informed of their arrival, they put a mat down to protect my carpet and to mimimise the mess unpacked the packages in the van before bringing into my home. They were incredibly polite and respectful at all times and are an asset to the company. Great to have people who engage with the customer rather than just jobs worth. Highly recommend!

Great experience purchasing from Furniture Village. Customer service was excellent throughout - Lee and Topaz did a great job unloading all the table and chairs in the pouring rain! We love the dining set too, it’s great quality and looks lovely in our living room. Very happy and would buy from Furniture Village again.

Our furniture village delivery was 1st class James and Lee were friendly and polite. They set my new bed up taking care when carrying it through the house. No rubbish left behind and care and instructions handed over. They even helped hang the mattress topper over the banister to let the bed air.

Time line of order explained and was accurate, once paid for items were delivered promptly on the day and time specified.

Lee and Topaz were very prompt, they updated us when they were on their way.
Once they got here they were very friendly and efficient and laid a runner down on our flooring so they didn’t tread bots in from outside. They then built the table and chairs up and positioned them exactly where we wanted them. They then advised us on the use and care of the furniture. A very efficient and friendly service. A big thank you to them both.

We recently took delivery of our new beds and mattresses from Furniture Village, and the delivery and assembly team—Mehtab and Paddy—were simply fantastic. They arrived on time, worked with incredible care and professionalism, and did a brilliant job putting everything together. They were polite, tidy, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
