Very good service and friendly drivers

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff served me and gave me all the information I needed. Also glad I viewed the items before I purchased them as they look even nicer in the shop than online.

Abdul, looked after us. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, easily understood what we wanted. Generally a really good guy!

Liz was very informative, and showed her skills in the furniture we were looking at.

Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. The shop also allows dogs which meant we could bring our dog in (and staff were very nice to her)

The store is well lit and welcoming. The sales staff wait patiently for the customer to browse and reach out when you are ready. Most pleasing was that there no rush and no hard sell. Raj was patient, courteous respectful and very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service.

Excellent customer service from staff in shop who were knowledgeable and helpful. They even went the extra mile to match a competitor’s product which FV normally do not stock: FV made a special order of the Rauch wardrobe I wanted at the same price of the competitor’s.
when the wardrobe was ready for delivery, the assembly staff again were very helpful and kept the wardrobe in the warehouse until refurbishment of my flat was completed. “Rauch Team Bob” only took 45 min to assemble a complex 2 metre wardrobe and ask me how I would like it to be assembled exactly as I desired. Again, they erected polite, professional and very neat and tidy, taking away all the packaging and rubbish.
FV staff and their Rauch teammates were totally FANTASTIC!!!
I highly recommend FV and Rauch to anyone wishing to purchase a high quality wardrobe at very competitive price points.

We first shopped at furniture village in 2022 and it was the first place we thought of this time. On Friday of last week we were helped by Mohammad who was very helpful. Yesterday we went back to confirm our choices and sign the paperwork a friendly Polish lady helped us . Both times we found the members of staff helpful and professional. The lovely polish lady was full of fun , we didn't stop laughing !! The furniture is also very good !!

Compared to the first experience when our door and sofa was damaged, this most recent experience was so smooth once delivery date was confirmed, updates by text and email and a friendly service

We had been in and out of the store several times but never had the chance to meet him. When we came back to look for a dining table, we had no budget or particular style in mind and honestly didn't know where to begin. From the moment Robin welcomed us, he made us feel at ease and comfortable. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process, making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel effortless. We spent a long time deciding between three different dining tables, but not once did he make us feel rushed or under any pressure. Instead, he took the time to answer every question, explain the different price options and customisation choices, and helped us understand what would work best for our home. Thank you, Robin, for providing such exceptional customer service. Your patience, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. You're a real credit to the team, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

The wrong sofa arrived. The salesperson at the store where we purchased is off sick, the store manager is on holiday for 2 weeks. Customer service say it will take 72 hours to review the email and get back to us about 1. Who made the mistake. 2. When it will be rectified. Having waited 13 weeks for delivery and 2 separate trips to the store to ensure the order was correct I would not recommend using Furniture Village.

Sales team were great, delivery guys were amazing so careful. I'm super happy with my new sofa, the only downside was the wait time for the sofa but i expected that.

Lee and Colin were polite, friendly and thorough today when they delivered our sofa. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

Robin looked after us perfectly, provided info we needed without being pushy. Was the perfect escape from the heat too with their great A/C!
