I had visited the Staines branch with my daughter and we were served by Syed . We were looking for a sofa and also a dining
table set. Syed was extremely polite and professional and gave us invaluable advice while choosing our furniture. He was super patient with us as we took our time in deciding and also visited the store a few times. Syed made us feel like valuable customers and we were very well looked after throughout the subsequent purchase and delivery- so much so that we went back and ordered a further item. Initially I thought it was more than I would want to pay but it was worth every penny as we received a first class customer service which is rare these days. The quality of the dining furniture and sofa were of a high standard. Thank you Syed!

On visiting your store in Staines last week, your lovely sales person Gouldi Souni was amazing.
He gave my mum lots of time to look at what we needed to buy and gave options that would work really well for her.
Gouldi was very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this store for furnishing your home
Also I was very impressed with Gouldi’s knowledge of the products he sells !!! And luckily for us at that time, the store had some really great deals on, which we were able to take advantage of

I bought a mattress recommended by the salesman who was not pushy with selling but listened to my needs and I took his advice, it was delivered by friendly delivery men who kindly put the old mattress in my garage for me as my husband and I are both in our 90’s. The mattress had to ‘inflate’ itself which took a few hours. It was a bit too high and soft and we had difficulty getting into bed and unfortunately had to ask for it to be returned. This has taken a good few weeks, I chased it at the shop who told me they were awaiting a decision from the supplier.
Today I contacted Abi on the website chat, he looked into my case and has hopefully resolved the issue and I should hear from the supplier in 3-4 working days as to when the mattress will be collected. Polite and efficient service.

I had to wait about three months for the delivery, but aside from that, their furniture is excellent. The delivery men, Tom and Colin, were professional, polite, and helpful. They assembled the furniture nicely and explained everything I needed to know.

Easy order, fast and careful delivery

We had Liz Popowicz help us out, she was very friendly and helped to take the stress out of finding our new mattress. The hot chocolate was also a nice touch! Would highly recommend
