Just ordered a new sofa, been looking for quite a while, had specific requirements, we wanted a sofa that wasn't too stuffy but comfy and modern, found perfect sofa match for us, really pleased with the customer service we received today from Tony Dillon- sales person , he was friendly, not pushy but did us a really good deal, matching our budget!!
He was very knowledgeable, got us the think about things we had considered when choosing a sofa which was really helpful to us

We were made wecome by Tony who took us through several options of sofa before we made our decision. He was professional and knowledgeable on all the products we viewed and did not rush or push us into making a decision.

We had plenty of time to browse around on our own. Tony gave us advice on our options of colour and fabrics,which enabled us to choose what was suitable for our needs.

Popped in a couple of weeks ago and found our perfect dining table, chairs, sideboard and TV cabinet. Tony was really helpful and friendly, and very kindly honoured the promotion price as we had to wait for a new house purchase to complete before we could commit. Whole experience from start to finish was professional and stress free, Tony was very knowledgeable about the products we were buying.

I was welcomed and asked what I was looking for, when I explained what features I wanted on a sofa I was shown relevant options and demonstration of gadgets etc were given. Fabric and colour options were discussed. Staff member was helpful and gave me time on my own to ponder!
