Furniture Village - Telford Reviews

Ordered a new suite with Tony today . Lovely man very professional and helpful and made us feel at ease . He is a big asset to Furniture Village .

Tony was very professional, explaining everything in great detail, made the experience, stress free, and a credit to the company

It’s not often you come across a sales person nowadays who is genuinely there to help you out and give you good service and go more than the extra mile like Tony. It was our pleasure to have him point us in the right direction and also not once be pushy with our purchases. Top man, understanding, and made sure we were happy with everything and double checked everything. We will be back in the future to make more deals with him. 11/10 service

We went in for a look around, met Tony who was the most kindest and most patient person I’ve ever met in a retail shop, we ended up leaving with a bed, mattress, pillows and a dining table and chairs! All through it we were made welcome, we took our time and came back multiple times. Tony is genuinely the most hard working person in that store, what a great guy! Thank you & we will be back for sure!

We were looking for bedroom furniture and must say it looks beautiful now it’s in

I telephoned this morning and spoke to Amber at telford who handled my report of damage to my recliner chair with professionalism and care and she deserves praise from her employer as she is a great asset to your company

Great experience in store and Karen was super helpful with any questions we had. Found the perfect dining set for our needs and options for delivery - knowing it includes build and removal of any packaging waste for convenience and sustainability was an added bonus.
