If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm pretty sure I was just scammed out of my money. Number isn't valid and the payment recipient is a personal one, not a business. I placed an order on Thanksgiving, received an initial confirmation email and nothing since. The website can't even find my order. Now it's Dec 11 and still nothing. So there goes that Christmas gift and no more money to buy another one.
I ordered some decor over 2 weeks ago. I received the initial email confirming my order, but nothing else sense then. I have emailed the company twice regarding the status of my order, and no one gets back to me. I tried calling the phone number, and like most others have said, it isn't working. I too, am worried that this is a scam website. What's worse is that I looked into them before ordering and it was pretty hit or miss, but decided on ordering any way. I tried my luck and lost.
Hi, this store is incompetent and dishonest and stole my money!… – I ordered plates from them, and they sent the wrong item… – They gave me a QR code to return the plates through FedEx and it didn’t work… – Then they told me to bring the plates to Wallmart to return them (I guess they drop-shipped them to me through Wallmart??), and I said no to that ridiculousness… – Then they sent me 1 FedEx return label and told me to repack the items, so I figured they meant to repack the 3 little plate boxes into one box, and I did that and sent them a picture of the one box on my porch for pickup, and they said that’s good… – Then I never heard back from them, and when I later asked about my refund they said they can only refund 1/3 of the order because I was supposed to use the same 1 return label but send it back in 3 boxes (??)… – Now they haven’t returned any of my money. What would you think about them? Save yourself money and hassle and don’t buy from these jokers! Todd
