My email was responded to within hours and my question regarding the product I had bought was answered perfectly in great detail. I am very impressed, as many companies don't reply at all, or are very vague in their replies.

I have been using Fushi products for around a year now but usually purchasing via the large online retailer we've all used for convenience. I love their Carrot Oil, Castor Oil, Vitamin E Oil and the Enzyme Facewash but ordered my latest order directly with Fushi as I'm making a conscious effort to go direct of late. I had some feedback on a product packaging change that I contacted Fushi about, it was important to me, they explained why they'd made the change which I understood but still felt it didn't benefit the product, fully expecting them to say 'thank you, but..' However, they thanked me for the feedback, said that others had said the same, that they were looking into whether they can reverse the change or another solution and just went over and above what I could have ever imagined. In a time when service is rapidly declining it bowled me over, they've resolved the issue I contacted them about so I'm happy as Larry. I will certainly no longer use the middle man as I'm certain that had I fed back to them, I wouldn't have had the genuine response that I received from Fushi. I recommend Fushi products, you can also choose free samples when you shop so you can try before you buy, the delivery is swift and well packed, and customer service that is genuine.

I sent an email today to fushi about a concern i had with my account, within minutes it was sorted and so helpful and kind.
Im loving the product (menoharmony) that ive been using. Despite being on hrt i feel my dose isnt high enough and while im on a long waiting list, im using fushi menoharmony, and feel its really eased some of my symptoms, especially brain fog. Would recommend this product for those in need. But really like the ethics of fushi so when my budget allows or when in need of a supplement I have in past, and now use them. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service from the Fushi team and Greeshma is always so very helpful, they always are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions.
They have some great quality organic products, good value for money and come in eco friendly packaging.
I have so far tried a few different oils like Rosehip oil, Calendula oil, Muscle & Joints oil, Castor oil, Pomegranate oil, Neem oil, Raspberry seed oil, Jojoba oil and their Biovedic face wash which is lovely, you only need a very small finger tip and it lasts ages.
They are all lovely and work brilliantly with your skin in different ways, leaving my skin glowing and soft.
I'm looking forward to trying some new products.
I love their products and they are all natural and Biovedic recipes.
I have recommend their products to my family and friends to try.

I absolutely love fushi’s products and their customer service is outstanding! It’s the only company I go to now for my oils. My favourites are jojoba oil, caster oil and radiance face oil. They leave my skin super hydrated all day long and not greasy at all my skin soaks it up not long after applying. I absolutely love Fushi products and their ethos. I am working my way through them but have my firm favourites being Caster Oil, Organic Shea Butter and many facial oils. Now buying for my teenage daughter. The costumer service is prompt, polite and caring.
