AVOID!

Bought a vehicle which clearly had not been checked whatsoever. The car didn’t even have a drop of engine oil in it!

After nine months of chasing with calls, texts and emails, I have had enough.

Unfortunately, I was too nice, too patient, to my detriment.

On 05/05/26, I called and demanded the car be seen and voiced my dissatisfaction at the lack of response since I bought the vehicle.
The ‘resolution’ they have now offered will cost me a great deal - I was sold a dangerous car and Fusion have the responsibility to fix it/the situation.

Dealt with Doug (who is now the manager) and Georgia briefly (she is never in, didn’t respond to any of my emails or calls after telling me I needed to email my complaint!).

After the initial ‘patter’ given to you upon purchase, expect zero after sales and be expected to be lead on (until the warranty runs out at the very least!)

Have now reported to the Motor Ombudsman and the AA. Will not stop until a satisfactory and fair resolution is reached.

deposit scam

Very poor service from Jordan. Paid £99 Refundable reservation via the website for BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe 2016 Reg: AY16TCU. After seeing the car in person decided not to proceed with the purchase as there looked to be spilled oil in the engine bay. Jordan’s demeanour had quickly changed after that and said he could have sold the car 3 times that same day. Since then the cars price has dropped by nearly a grand and is still available on the website. 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refunded deposit and none of my messages are being responded to forcing me to request a chargeback from my bank.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

I had to give 1 star as no stars was not available. They sold me a car which when delivered was soaking wet inside! Cost me £200 to get this fixed. Engine warning light was also on when delivered which it took them 8 months to correct! Don’t even think of buying a car from them. I had to take them to court to get some of my money back. When they took the car back a few weeks later they had it up for sale again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Truly believe most of the positive reviews are fake/bought

Truly believe most of the positive reviews are fake/bought. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my reservation fee after not buying one of their cars. On top of that, Doug had a know all attitude during our test drive appointment, made snarky remarks, and conveniently forgot to mention that the car didn’t have a valid manufacturer warranty.

I recently purchased a car and had the pleasure of working with Dough. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Dough was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the purchase.

What really stood out was his honesty and patience. There was absolutely no pressure, and he genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right car for my needs. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable—something you don’t always expect when buying a car.

I recently visited Fusion Motors and honestly had a really positive experience. The team was very welcoming and took the time to go through everything with me without making me feel pressured. They answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and straightforward.

The cars in the showroom were in great condition and you can tell they care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. It’s nice dealing with people who are honest and genuinely want to help you find the right car rather than just rushing a sale.

Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Fusion Motors to anyone looking for a reliable car and friendly service.

really great experience with my first time dealer

I had a really great experience with Fusion Motor from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional and very easy to deal with. The customer service team were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions without any pressure.

What I really appreciated was how straightforward everything was. They took the time to explain the options available and helped me find a deal that worked well for me. The offer they gave was very fair and competitive compared to other places I checked.

The technicians were also excellent – knowledgeable, efficient and made sure everything with the car was properly checked and sorted. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The team made the whole experience simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Fusion Motor to anyone looking for a reliable dealer and great customer service.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership!!!

My Experience Buying a Vehicle in November 2025
Overview
I purchased a vehicle from Fusion Motors in November 2025, enticed by the advertisement promising a car with only 8,000 miles on the clock. However, upon receiving the car, I discovered it had 11,000 miles. Though I initially decided to overlook this discrepancy, my experience quickly worsened due to multiple faults in the vehicle.
Service and Communication
From the moment I reported the issues, communication with the dealership was disappointing. Over the span of three months, I sent roughly 20 emails and made about as many phone calls—most of which were ignored. My attempts to get the faults resolved were met with excuses, rather than solutions or genuine support.
Customer Effort
Dealing with Fusion Motors proved to be both stressful and time-consuming. I spent several hours following up, and even took two days off work to deliver the vehicle to their premises. Despite these efforts, the faults remained unresolved, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a customer.
Summary
• Advertised mileage was inaccurate (8,000 miles promised, 11,000 miles delivered)
• Vehicle had multiple faults on arrival
• Repeated emails and phone calls largely ignored
• Significant time wasted, including two days off work
Conclusion

Bought a Peugeot 2008 2023.please please have second thoughts with this cowboy company.got home with car should of checked before got home.online says 175 point check.wife checked car when got home bald tyre.on dashboard melted phone holder.there was no spare tyre or tyre kit.good job didn’t get a puncture.car was a danger to the road.i don’t know what the 175 point check was ha ha ha.was given a v5 for a totally different car.after all the shouting and rudeness on the phone Doug said we could get a refund.said don’t have to give you a refund.what for selling a dangerous car on the road.day one up to day 5 managed to get my refund.please check the reviews first.day 4 got a v5 for a totally different car for a black mg.ohhhh forgot 175 point check ha ha ha can’t even get the v5 correct.

You guys are the best in the business

You guys are the best in the business. Hats off to Doug for the quality service — smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish.

I bought a really nice second-hand MG from these guys. I actually waited before writing this review, just in case anything went wrong within the first month or two.

Having had bad experiences with second-hand car dealers in the past, I was cautious — but Fusion Motors completely proved me wrong. The car has been great and the service was honest and reliable.

Highly recommend Fusion Motors to anyone looking for a quality used car.
