Nice concept but even if you need it it took 3 hours for the charger to charge my phone halfway which should have been $24 but the receipt even said 3 hours but charged me $32. I have complained and o... See more

I've not come across Fuze before but I've now used it for the last few weeks and it's dreadful. It 'forgets' your audio setup and consistently picks the wrong mic or speakers; if you hibernate your... See more

A decent product. Clearly needs an overhaul on their desktop application. Licensing model is terrible (requires all users to have a feature, instead of pick/choose). They're forcing the "chat/colla... See more

Very easy to use
Very easy to use for internal and external calls. Good connection when conducting meetings and allows you to share screens. Allows large group meetings with listen only mode.
Fuze is GREAT!!
Fuze is used within our organization to communicate amongst employees. Working in customer support it's nice to get to communicate with other employees while at the same time helping customers because that means we get to be more productive and cut time needed to put customers on hold to call them, when now we can just chat through Fuze. It also allows us to reach out to others in our organization who are not in the same office, which has been super helpful! I really love Fuze. You can create different chat groups as needed. It's something that has really helped us improve as an organization.
Convenient and Efficient
I started using Fuze last July 20, 2020. Since I am not really tech-savvy usually when I use or encounter new applications or software I would panic on what to and not do. But with Fuze, ever since I started using it, it has been hassle-free and smooth. I haven't even encountered any lags or app crashing, it is also available on the AppStore and GooglePlay, plus it is also super easy to download on your personal computers.

Fuze often quits and is unable to stay running for a full workday. The app itself is useful for remote work and allows for easy interface between users. Functionality could use improvement

Fuze gets the job done!
Fuze is a wonderful way to stay in touch with co-workers, especially now given the strange times we are living in due to COVID. There are some things that I wish were a little better, but overall gets the job done. Wish that when scheduling meetings, that there was a way to get a notification if it's been accepted by the people that you include. Sometimes when I receive calls the quality isn't always the best.
Fuze is a great Product!
Fuze is a great Product!
It lets me seemlessly keep in contact with my team while working from Home and schedule meetings and calls with ease.

Support issues can be difficult
Support issues can be difficult, not always straight forward. When those events occur its reassuring to have the account team step in to assist. Lisa Campopian, Peggy Pavidis and Liam Reitz are my go to people.

Works well
Works well. Many ways to connect. Smartphone, web app or client. I come from a Cisco Call Manager environment. Just as powerful but much easier to manage.

We have been a Fuze client for 3 years and are very pleased. By transitioning to their hosted environment we have been able to focus on things important to our business. They provided an excellent implementation that was seemless and have provided excellent availability. I would recommend Fuze to anyone.

FUZE it is a good tool
FUZE it is a good tool.
I believe, that FUZE should enable the sharing feature, when you are calling someone , without schedule a call. By doing this, it enables to prevent rework and join a separate call.
Hope this helps
Best regards
Fuze is horrible!!
Fuze is horrible! I'm really trying to like it. For whatever reason, when we screenshare, The "Share" icon is lit, and sometimes it's greyed out for whatever reason with the same user. When you decide to share, the other party does not readily see that the screen is being shared without hunting and clicking on the little icon. There is no notification to the other party that a screen is begin shared with them. I wish it worked more like "skype for business." I wish we can set a pop-up notification when a user is available, etc... I wish Fuze had pens to let me write on-top of the screen that is being shared, and NOT a separate whiteboard. I often use TeamViewer over Fuze because it's just better...

Fuze is heavy application and lack of functionalities such as:
- volume control during call managed by application
- screen orientation and compatibility with webcam (horizontal flip is required and provided with Skype for eg).
- manage display between screen sharing and webcam : sometimes it is important to have a full screen of a destination webcam instead of the full screen of what we are sharing...
- reduce memory consumption : way to high for such a streaming application
- fix all not working functionalities ! Such as some options which are not correctly saved in the Fuze windows app...

Good, but needs improvement
Fuze is good, however it needs a lot of improvement. Sometimes we cannot connect to Fuze or the quality is not that good. As well as it takes a lot of memory.
