Nice concept but even if you need it it took 3 hours for the charger to charge my phone halfway which should have been $24 but the receipt even said 3 hours but charged me $32. I have complained and o... See more

I am honestly trying hard to adopt Fuze…

I am honestly trying hard to adopt Fuze as a communication platform. It is very difficult.
I am regularly amazed at the usability issues that are uncovered that were solved years ago by other players in the space (skype, gtm, webex, jabber(?!)).
The bandwidth usage is erratic but varies between inefficient and machine crippling.
The chat functionality is single threaded and NOT user friendly (e.g., inability to respond contextually).
Overall chat is poorly architected, and integration of that with meeting functionality is frustrating to use (having to back out of a meeting to see additional chats elsewhere, cannot have multiple chat sessions open, cannot chat when sharing).
Meetings are kludgy to be able to start and end.
Integration with email clients is ok, but plugin installation is erratic.
General settings (and the UI to access and change) are confusing.
There are MANY MANY more basic features and functions that are missing or sub-par. Generally speaking Fuze provides about 60% of the functionality of any other platform that I have used in the past decade, and of that 60%, provides a C- user experience. From a pure technology perspective, there is hope, but starting from such a far-behind position is a daunting challenge, to say the least.
Happy to provide more info upon request.
PS The Trustpilot interface and UX is about on par with my assessment of Fuze.

This is an average app

This is an average app, because it works fine sometimes but sometimes not, there are some situations were you need to close the app and reopen it because the app does not work properly.
For example with call meetings (linked to Office365 calendar), sometimes you can open them throught the Fuze app, but there are some occasions were you need to open the meeting throught the web link because the app never open it.
For those and some other situations is that I consider this app as an average app.

Fuze continues to be brittle (crashes or hangs easily).
Fuze appears to consume a lot of CPU, even when it is not in "foreground" use (e.g., for a call or a meeting).

There are more feature and UI issues than I can list in this review, but one feature that I miss very much from our previous voice and video service: forward my number to another phone. If I could forward calls then many Fuze issues would be obviated because the call is being handled by other equipment and services.

I love Fuze works smoothly on linux

I love Fuze works smoothly on linux. I am able to get every functionality and also share my screen using it on google chrome. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes it doesn't show my upcoming meetings even when connected accounts are properly set. There are also audio issues from time to time.

Fuze Desktop ****

Great UC product, integrates all aspects of UC very well. Had teething problems with the desktop application 2 years ago but software improvements have progressed well and the firm has listened to our business requirements over that time frame to help mould Fuze in to a product that works for us.

Still work to be done on the support side, as well as management of large call volumes in a call centre/switchboard environment.

I feel that Fuze has been actively…

I feel that Fuze has been actively trying to improve their customer service, but I still find pain points in the process of submitting tickets and awaiting resolutions. It still seems that when I place a service request, often the response is either incomplete, incorrect, or a combination of the two. I will say that response times seem to be much faster recently, which I appreciate.

Varying quality of support

My Fuze support experiences are very uneven and vary greatly from tech-to-tech. Sometimes it goes smoothly, with thorough tickets and patient, knowledgeable support (shout out to Stephen!) Other experiences can be extremely frustrating and details seem to slip through the cracks about half the time. Even when I'm very explicit in what I need done (most recently: needing a new extension assigned to a particular device) it took two extra exchanges on the ticket to complete something very straightforward.
