Do not use this broker

Quick update from my below review, my funds have now been paid in to my bank. (After 5 weeks)

As such i have updated the stars accordingly.

Not a great experience, i made a withdrawal request of my funds over 3 weeks ago that has not been processed.

Like many others, im going round in circles speaking with my account manager, the online chat and emails being told my funds are being processed and now they are saying my account/trading is under review.

Another quick note, i had a long position on Gold over a weekend with a small lot size, they decided to amended the swap on gold and took roughly 900 dollars of closed
profits out of my account. (Gave an excuse of liquidity)

Decided I wanted to withdraw as their…

Decided I wanted to withdraw as their swaps and spreads are extortionate.
I’ve been waiting for an “internal transfer” for 2 weeks to be processed manually???? Why I do not know, surely it should be automatic. I have previously moved money internally and it was instant from one account to another. I will probably then also have to wait 3 business days to withdraw. I have emailed numerous times, but occasionally get a response of, we have lots of transfers atm please bear with us. It should be automatic. What needs processing?

UPDATE! After reply below from FXcess…..still no transfer of my money. WHERES MY MONEY!

Withholding funds

The fees they charge super seed any profits made, for that reason I want to remove my funds and go to another platform they have held my funds and are failing to release my money.for what should take upto 24hrs has been 16 days and counting.I have exhausted all avenues of customer service to no avail
im in contact with several other in the exact same situation this is not an isolated incident

Update..I have now received 75% of my funds out from the fxcess bandits.. however the last $500 is being held ransom as they are trying to force me to sign a contract in which I agree to remove this post and delete it.so that people do not know how dodgy they are .I have declined this offer as this is more proof what a shady and unprofessional bunch of bandits this company is run by

Internal transfer to complete

I initiated an internal transfer from my trading account to my wallet over 2 weeks ago, and this still has not been completed. On there site it states that this should be complete within minutes. Customer service response is " I'm sorry but we are very busy, this will be sorted soon " . My brother and best friend are in a similar situation so this is not an isolated issue.

Generic response added below, but the situation has not changed. I'm still without my money. If the person reviewing and responding to the bad trust pilot reviews was tasked with authorising transfers you might reduce the 1 star reviews!!!.... absolute joke

Profit withdraw rejection

It has been weeks since the start of January that I requested a withdrawal of £52.50 in trading profits. Since then, I have only received repeated excuses and automated AI-style replies via chat and email, with no proper human support or clear communication.

Classic: 1150022286

On 16 January 2026, I received my original deposited amount back into my bank account, but the trading profits were not paid. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing for a regulated broker.

The experience overall has been very poor. Execution and spreads on Gold are also substandard, which makes trading even less appealing. Thankfully, I only deposited £300, but even so, withholding such a small profit amount raises serious concerns.

I would not recommend this broker. If a company struggles to process or pay a £50 withdrawal, it seriously questions how they are able to operate as a business.

I am still waiting for my remaining £52.50 to be paid.

It was a smooth experience before but…

It was a smooth experience before but now it is alarming. I've requested an internal transfer to my wallet for withdrawal since Jan 19, 2026. However, until now, there's no clear/proper response from the team. I've started to send them an email and still no progress. When I check in trustpilot, it seems I'm not alone which is very alarming.

Takes a long time to transfer money…

Takes a long time to transfer money internal from account to wallet. Should take seconds/minutes but it is already more than a week now.
Customer support answers politely but does not speed it up.

Fxcess quotes 3 business days to…

Fxcess quotes 3 business days to withdraw your money from your account.
I have now been waiting 6 business days and still no sign. Several chats with Customer Services have yielded no information. Only told it is 'in a queue'.
I will review my review IF I receive my money.

Trading Company that lost control

I began trading with this company and did my first withdrawal 2 to 3 days star to finish. Was impressed. Then I did another it took over 5 days to a point I got on to the chat and they said they will deal with it and it was sorted. Then I wanted to draw all funds so that I can put it in a bank account that was just sole for trading then deposit 5000 to them to continue trading with fxcess but after 11 days and multiple live chats 3 unresponsive emails I still do not have the funds. It is only over 500 dollars. As promised they have just released funds so that it can be transferred out. The silence was ridiculous but I have moved them from 1 star to 3 stars

Not a smooth experience so far

This transfer has been processing since January 17, 2026. While I acknowledge that delays can occur, this particular situation involves an internal transfer. Unable to make withdrawal

I am having similar issues with the previous users. Requested to transfer fund from trading account to wallet so that I can withdraw them but it's forever pending. Customer service always reply that the corresponding department is looking into it but till now no response. RED FLAGGED!

This is an update regarding the withdrawal. I have finally received the full withdrawal after I don't know how long. I don't know what is the reason or process for taking such a long time but at least I got them back in full.

Traded with FXCESS. At the point I decided to move my monies to the FXCess account wallet and stop trading to transfer the funds back to my bank. The process just stopped. The fund are just marked 'Pending out'. This has been like it for over a trading week. I raaised a ticket to ask politely about the delay. You just receive a 'ticket has been created' message. Within in the ticket sytem it will be marked as being processed, but no action occurs. The plaform is is to use but, if you can remove funds in a predictable way, it is not ideal. Addionally the phone number also is never answered by a human. So all in all a very difficult company to work with. Plus your funds may not be retured.

An unfortunate scam behind a company name

This broker was recommended by a big-name "signal provider" but this is just to get money from everyone's trades and sign-up bonuses.

I deposited £300 and automatically got a deposit bonus, which I did not ask for. I made around £2,300 profit and decided to withdraw some profit, if not my initial deposit of £300, which I did, and it worked fine. I then decided to take it all out. Upon doing this, I received an email telling me my account has been suspended. After checking my account after the second withdrawal, the money went back into the trading account without any prior warning, and a trade was placed, which resulted in a minus of over £744! This was not placed by me. Now the money is stuck with this broker for over £600! The profit of £2,300 was actually £1,000 because of the account setup sharing bonus!

Extremely disappointing and suspicious activity is going on here.

Try a reputable FCA Regulated Broker!

FXCESS is a scam

FXCESS is a scam, This is a fraudulent company. I made deposit of £400 and received a bonus. And i started to trade mainly over the Xmas holiday. And when my balance was reducing i added £130 and i was given another bonus. I stayed on plus and minus until i finally went into profit and i closed i traded one instrument at a time. So i requested a transfer from MT4 to My wallet in order to withdraw. I still had a balance of £684 or so but my bonus was reduced to £129. So it meant i had an equity of £800 plus to trade. I entered some trades but made losses so i closed all. my actual balance reduced to £500 plus. And i entered silver instrument but i was making a loss i entered a few more positions but then the loss increased to a point where Fxcess started to close my trades leaving me with 12 positions. And a balance of £323 or so then all of a sudden the positions were closed and my MT4 suspended plus the transfer declined. Now they then came up with i violated the bonus agreement using some lines as they usually do. This is my first tome of dealing with any broker that is as fraudulent as FXcess. Please dont jojn this company they are clearly fraudulent.
The have started to reject any messages sent to their email from my registered email address it is obvious they are a scam company please so not register with FXCESs or make any deposit run from them.

THE FAKE ARBITRAGE ACCUSATION

Hi everyone who’s reading. I sincerely
from my heart do not recommend this broker, you may see good reviews on here but they’re either fake or people leaving reviews who have just started using the broker, I’ve traded for over 5 months with this broker and I can say at the beginning my internal transfers, deposits withdrawals would only take 1 day maximum. But it all suddenly changed to longer periods for withdrawals and no responses from the support teams. The problem is, I noticed changes in leverage whilst I was trading to attempt to wipe out my account, I noticed higher spreads than usual and today On Christmas Eve, FXCESS accused me of arbitrage and instead of refunding my £920 deposit , they suspended my account. and stopped responding!!! THEYLL DO IT TO YOU ALSO! DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM.

Further more to this, to clarify the fake accusation, I received this email today, without evidence and without notice took my money! Read below,

Your accounts were trading on price disparities with the purpose of benefiting from a possible pricing arbitrage to the Company's detriment.
This comes as a violation of our Trading Terms and Conditions to which the Client has to comply with before opening an account with the Company.
At this point we would like to draw your attention to Paragraph 6.22 and 27.4 of the Trading Terms and Conditions:
6.22 Internet, connectivity delays, and price feed errors sometimes create a situation where there is price latency on the Electronic Systems such that there is a disparity between the Company quoted prices and current market prices for short periods.
Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that it shall not execute Transactions with the Company that rely on price latency arbitrage opportunities either by using additional functionalities/plug-ins (i.e. Expert”

(i) make corrections or adjustments to the relevant Transaction execution prices to reflect what would have occurred had there been no price latency arbitrage; and/or (ii) cancel all the relevant Transactions; and/or (iii) terminate without notice the Client’s Account with the Company; and/or (iv) charge an administration fee equal to 10% of the deposited funds, with the maximum charge set at $200 or deposit currency equivalent.

IF YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, just know your account isn’t safe, your money isn’t safe and they’ll breach their own rules and take all your deposit. I CAN SWEAR BY GOD, THEY HAVE TOOK MY DEPOSITED AMOUNT WHICH IS £987 AND ARE TRYING TO ONLY REFUND ME £327. In their own terms of business it says ‘take 10% of deposited amount or maximum $200 deposit currency equivalent. this is a breach of their own rules and it isn’t the case anyway, I have full evidence no arbitrage was committed and It’s just a tactic they use to take your money. I have reported the company to the police and currently we are tracing down the ones responsible including my account manager who rang me many times of a UK London number which I have recorded calls from. I am grateful for the help I am receiving from my bank, the police and the FRAUD ACTION TEAM, and until I do not receive my funds of £987 back, I will continue to investigate this broker, find the criminals and bring them to justice!!!!!

Started using them as someone offered a copy trading service. At first I was a little cautious because of the reviews and how they never receive the money back etc etc.

After doing everything to get verified and everything they’ve asked for I let the account build up.

I put a withdrawal request in on 11/12/2025 and I received the money I asked for on the 12/12/2025

No issues on my side and very happy up to now. Will obviously edit if something changes but for now I’m extremely happy
