First of all, the process to open the account is easy and they honestly make it look professional and safe. I funded my account with 1k USD and started trading the same day. My strategy is quite aggressive, indeed like in the casino, i am willing to lose everything easily and then to redeposit. What happened is that I won 2.3k USD, which I was very happy about. Then, once I wanted to withdraw 2k and continue trading with the rest, they did not pay me and they deducted the whole 2.3k from my account, i will show you the proofs attached, they said I was abusing their offer (still trying to understand what they meant) but not surprised when you look into who was behind the creation of this company. I urge people to be cautious and avoid them at all costs.

Broker refuses to return my deposit despite completed verification
My name is Kelesova Marketa, trading account 1521123964.
I have been trying to withdraw my deposit for the past three weeks, but the broker has consistently refused to release my funds.
Initially, my account verification was approved before I started trading. Later, the broker demanded that I resubmit documents: a bank statement and a selfie with my ID. I complied with all these requests, yet the broker still refuses to return my money.
Now they are asking for additional requirements such as recording a video with my ID or a separate video of my documents, which were never part of the original verification conditions. This feels like an intentional delay to avoid processing my withdrawal.
Additionally, the support team has treated me unprofessionally and has not provided any clear timeline for returning my funds.
I am very disappointed with this experience and urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this broker. I request the company to immediately process my withdrawal and return my deposit.

Repeated Significant Spread Differences
The spread quoted on trade is significantly different to the actual spread they take. I have asked about this on several occasion and get BS. They keep pointing at volatile trading periods. I have even sent them screenshots during dead quiet times. This is technically theft.

I deposited $1,655 into my FXCess account (Account No: 1521125902) expecting a secure trading experience. But as soon as I requested to withdraw my funds, they locked my account and completely refused to return my money.
I submitted all the required documents and completed their verification process. Everything was in order. Despite this, they ignored my withdrawal request, stopped responding, and refused to give me back the money I deposited.
This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam. $1,655 is not a small amount to just disappear. Support has been completely useless — they either delay, make excuses, or ignore me altogether.
I’m demanding that FXCess immediately return my $1,655 or I will escalate this legally and report the issue to financial authorities and regulators.
To anyone considering using FXCess — be warned. This platform is not trustworthy, and you risk losing your money just like I did.

Unnecessary Delays and Constant Requests for More Documentation
I’ve had a horrible experience with this service. My profile has already been approved, and I’ve provided all the required documentation (ID passport and bank statement) promptly. However, despite this, they are still insisting on a video recording, even though they already have everything they requested.
It’s been five days since I submitted my documents, and they continue to delay my refund by asking for more and more unnecessary proofs. This feels like a deliberate tactic to stall the process, and it’s incredibly unprofessional.
I’m highly disappointed with how they are handling this, and it’s frustrating to be caught in this endless cycle of delays and unreasonable demands. I will not be recommending this service to anyone, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting them.

I would like to share my experience with fxcess broker as a rookie trader. First and foremost, I’d like to highlight the blog section where I learned a lot of useful information about trading and how to trade successfully with swing-positional strategies.Once, I stayed up late just watching how the platform handled overnight swaps.
