If only I had research on the net…

If only I had research on the net before I completed any tasks! I did two simple tasks that supposed to give me credit instantly so I can check legitimacy. One task was just download fishdom game and open application, the other one is a 1 minute quiz which turns out to spam your email like crazy. No credit received after I reported it and they don't acknowledge the proof of screenshots I sent. Like how can you so blindly deny it if simple tasks aren't showing as completion? Their system is screwed up and wasting time+ scamming people's data! If only there's a way to shut this sh!ty company down!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, the "customer service" is a bot, everytime you report something its first a guy responding and then a girl... everytime.. the same "people". Also, they don't care about giving rewards at all, just the sweet sweet money they get from your data..

Total scam artists

Total scam artists. Played a game that they offered to pay tokens out in for reaching a certain level. Reached the level didn't recievce my tokens. Emailed them. Received response saying "we'll deal with it" then received further response saying "as we haven't heard from you in a while this matter is now closed" it's not closed because I've reported you to game develpor. Also why was my tokens contingent on a response to your first email? Did you want me to beg for the tokens? Your email didn't mention you needed a response to you saying "we'll deal with it"

Failed Offer Validation When I had Proof

I completed an offer to receive credits for a game. I was supposed to reach level 600 and I completed level 601 1 day before the deadline. I then reported to Fyber that I completed the offer. Fyber then got back to me saying that my offer was rejected on the basis that the offer expired. I shown proof that I reached level 601 and had one day left with screenshots. I have lost all faith in this company for honoring any rewards. I would recommend you to be very vigilant in dealing with such disregard of player time, effort, and honor.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I complied fully with terms to earn game tokens for Top Eleven by downloading an app, putting funds into the betting app, and placing a bet. I done this within 5 minutes of downloading the app. The tokens didnt arrive, so i complained to Fyber, who asked for screenshots, which i supplied, including a bank statement showing the deposit, the bet placed, and lost. They replied a week later saying it was voided as i hadnt completed the offer in time. I had 3 days to complete it, which i did in 5 minutes. Lame excuse so they dont have to pay out. 3 weeks of further emails to them, and they have not replied. Really poor, and i wont be using fyber for offers again. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

Awful company

Awful company. I've reported an offer that didn't credit me and Fyber Support told me that they would investigate. Weeks past, and I've still haven't received any updates so I sent a follow up email. A few days past, and next thing you know, they decided to tell me they couldn't credit me because the offer was now past the expiration date. Although I reported the offer weeks ago before the offer expire date and provided proof, support decided to wait until the expiration date past just to inform me that they wouldn't credit me for that excuse. Awful Company, don't bother doing anything with them. Apparently, they enjoy telling you they're going to help you, only to just to respond after the expiration date just to tell you, they won't credit you.

not solve my case

I have been doing missions on Fyber for some time and I always have the same problem I never receive the rewards and the customer service is lousy, when I have reported the offer I only receive an automatic reply from a bot, after sending the proofs where I show that I have completed the mission correctly they just stop responding, I try to contact them again and never receive a reply, in the end they just send an empty mail saying that the case was solved automatically. A total lack of respect to the consumer

Terrible and shady company

Terrible company, they scammed me on multiple occasions and when I reported various offers that gave no reward they didn’t respond and came back with this auto solved bs and they are just scammers that collect your info and give no rewards, I advise you do not trust or work with them, they waste your time and give you nothing, please don’t fall into their traps.

Never responded my emails

I made the offer of a game and never received my reward, I sent two messages with my report, they never responded alone, more than a month ago the offer appears to me as rejected when they never attended my case, I even invested to finish the game, but they never gave me an answer to my mission or my reward, my case number is (2457060)

I did an offer months ago, but i didn't receive the rewards as always I reported this, but they didn't answer properly. They give automatic replies despite I gave them all the proofs

They need to be sued

They need to be sued, there's no way this should be allowed in 2022. I just went through a whole process with my bank and alto due to the fact that fyber was making fake offers with unaffiliated companies. Also the fyber support closed my support request without answering. all i got was an email saying "auto resolved, we have not heard from you". I sent them all the proof of completed offer for no reason.

I have not received my coins

About a two weeks ago I did this mission in the second zone of lezhin US "game point bingo" , but at the end I did not receive my reward. I contacted custommer suport and gave my complaint about it leaving proof but I never saw any answer. I would like you to help me because I completed the mission in time and form, and I put a lot of effort into it.

Years ago

Years ago, it was s good offerwall now they don't reply to emails and barely credit for any offers,it took me 3 weeks to complete an offer, sent proof and I just got ignored. Completly disappointed.
