Just like everyone else! Scam. Invites you to play games for points. You download said game from their link, play game solidly for hours to gain said points. I look back to Fyber, so see where... See more

Horrible untrustworthy company. They scam gamers by offering gameplay/in-app play credits (Just like real money but for specific games only); once you complete the offer, no game credit is given. When... See more

So I had the same issues as everyone else here - they were very hit and miss whether they'd credit offers or not. I contacted them about an offer a few months ago and since then I've had no offers f... See more

Did the Ocean Blast offer to level 100 (each level needed a 2 min unskippable ad btw) painfully thinking i'd get my reward, which did not happen, even after reporting with proof. Do NOT use this offer... See more

TRUTH OF FYBER go to the FTC!

Disappointed with games working with this company. It has no regards for the customers and gamers if any platform. Fyber doesn’t even have the decency of hiring an actual customer support team with a number to help. They just sent an automatic response pretending like they will assist you then after that you’re completely ignored. Now on some occasions if you just completed donations or BUY products yes you will be rewarded, but if you by any chance play, install, or purchase through any game in App Store or Google Play store you can kiss any rewards Goodbye. You can send proof, email them day in day out, even have the advisers VERIFY that you completed task and still nada. Fyber is the worst when it comes to playing games for rewards so don’t WASTE YOUR TIME downloading a game for a reward. It simply won’t happen. And if you aren’t rewarded right way don’t even think about contacting Fyber you will quickly be let down.

Ignorant and dishonest

Garbage. Pay out rewards at first then they stop. Respond with same email every time until they simply stop responding. Game companies that work with these guys really need to stop working with them. This company is dishonest, ignorant and a downright con. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Horrible company...don't waste your time.

Horrible company. I have been stupid enough to try several of their offers, and every time I get ripped off. The customer service is awful, and they won't help at all. If you are hoping to save money on your phone bill, use someone else. Fyber is the only one I have had problems receiving points from.. extremely disappointed.

Just a scam

Just a scam. I've already completed three offers, didn't get any reward and requested for support. Lousy costumer service, they don't read anything, reply that you have to attach proof of completion and simply ignore you after you attach proof.

Do not waste your time or money

Do not waste your time or money with this company. I'm literally owed thousands of diamonds for my game. I've wasted time and money. When you contact them with proof that you completed a task, they will just ignore you and eventually you'll receive an automated email stating that they haven't heard back from you and the case has been automatically "resolved" (meaning closed).

Okay at first

Okay at first, small rewards were awarded. Then used my own money for an offer (5 to be exact) and no reward. I’ve waited pretty much 2 days in total, some were only completed today but that isn’t the point. I’ve reported them and all I get is the same response. That I need to read the terms and conditions etc. I did what was asked of me, I’m not stupid. All I’m asking for is at the least an explanation but I’m being palmed off with crap automated responses. I have proof (screenshots) of all these completed purchases. These are being ignored. You state in your first auto response email that you will enquire with the company responsible for the promo but I am yet to see you do this. Please explain why I have spent my own money and received nothing in return when I, to my knowledge have completed the tasks required of me. At least explain. Not happy :( I spend a lot of time doing these deals to try and get gold for my game.

Scammers

This company posted an ad in Dragon City in which they said that if I reached level 10 in Super Stylist and got 2 5 star heroes and 2 4 star heroes in Call of Antia, i would get free diamonds in the game. I accepted these tasks through the free diamonds island in Dragon City and completed them within the time limit, but didn't get any diamonds. I send them an email with screenshots about this. They send me a list with reasons I wouldn't have gotten the diamonds, but none of the reasons applies to me. I responded to the email to confirm that the reasons don't apply to me. Months later, I got an automated email from them saying that they haven't heard back from me and therefore marked it as resolved, even though a few weeks ago I send them another email in which I reminded them of the email I send them. I still don't have the diamonds.

What a dishonest company

What a dishonest company. Even after weeks of emailing, sending screenshots, and even contacting the actual game developers, I'm done. Will never allow Fyber to steal from me again. Which is exactly what they have done. They have stolen my time with promises of credits for playing silly little games. Not anymore.

Edit: Notice how they (Fyber) do not respond to anything. But ironSource does. If you download games through Fyber, they eff you twice, the first is no payout, the second is not being able to download game through a REPUTABLE offerwall.

THE WORST!!!

THE WORST!!!
I reported a mission I made, I had to answer some questions of a survey in order to get my reward, I did that but didn't get my reward, so I reported it.
Fyber sent me an email telling me that I had to make sure I completed all the requirements of the offer, I replied to them saying I did... and that's it.
A week has passed by and they haven't replied telling me what I did wrong or if they are going to give me my reward. Totally dissapointed 👎👎👎

Absolute scam!!!

So fed up of those company not paying out. In the past they paid out and if a complaint was made it was dealt with. Now its all automated no customer service at all. Wait and wait for reply only to get emails stating this has been automatically closed! No gems, no explanation, nothing! Complete and utter rubbish! I shall not be doing any more offers as the last 4 have not worked and took a lot of work for absolutely nothing!!!

Total con

They didn't fix the problem with the offer i accepted which was to Install and open the app. I proved that I installed and opened the app and it was not registering as complete. They did not fix why it was not registering as complete before the offer timed out and they simply said too bad. Another one i accepted and installed from their offer disappeared from their offer list and never appeared in the status list for accepted offers. Again despite reporting the problem straight away they never fixed it so i could make progress on the offer before it expired. If you try any games where they offer rewards like game gems powered by fyber don't bother you won't be able to get the rewards and because you have installed the games you won't be able to get rewards in other games powered by another system since most offers are for new players only.

Avoid this scam

Avoid this scam, I have completed more than 3 of these in the past yet never got my reward in any. The report thing doesn't work well as if you dont reply in 5 minutes it closes the emails and you can't report on the same offer again. Not to mention, they don't even reply. I've tried this on "Monster Legends" and wasted hours of my time getting to level 50 on crappy games for absolutely no reward. And whats worst thing? That most good games use this! Fyber intentionally uses really difficult challenges for say thousands of currency worth to around £100 and also uses really easy challenges to get around £5-£15 of currency so it seems to good to be true. And its not true. Dont tell me that 130 gems (£9 worth of moster legends gems) for downloading and opening a game isn't too good to be true. The only good thing is that you can probably find good games on here. Time waster, whether or not you take that in a bad way.

Complete joke of a company

Complete joke of a company. Did a maths quiz and as a maths teacher I KNOW I got everything right but at the end of the quiz it says "sorry you got 85% blah blah blah" and didn't even show which ones I "supposedly" got wrong. Then got offered a wheel spin to try and get my points back. Ended up having to do ANOTHER quiz which again was a maths quiz that I got 100% right but it then tells me "sorry you weren't successful in the quiz and you don't get the reward" APPALLING GROUP OF SCAMMERS!
