FYL Direct Refurbished Dell Laptops & Desktop PCs Reviews 

I had a Macbook Air that was 9+ years old, non-UK keyboard layout, and worked but was slowly on its very last legs. A bit of extra TLC with better knowledge than I have may be able to revive it for a little longer. I didn't want to just throw it away, so was looking for a way to sell or recycle it. I came across FYL Direct, the provided me with the best price, and guaranteed a good level of security. I am so glad I went with them. The process couldn't have been any easier, with DPD collecting the laptop and providing the box at no extra cost, and a few days later receiving their final quote and the money being paid soon after. Incredible service, would definitely use again when buying/selling electronics for a more sustainable (in more ways than one!) option. :)

Sadly badly damaged my Dell G3 that I had bought from them last year. Called them and within 36 hours I had a Dell G5 ready to migrate to and was back in business by the end of the next day. They pulled out all the stops to help me and also gave me a very good price. I highly recommend them, friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you!

Laptop was delivered the following day and needing only a few minutes to set up and configure, with a couple oh hours to transfer data and programs from my old laptop.

Not great communication (I had to keep calling to get answers) also the quality of the work was just about acceptable, they had to have the laptop back twice and they still didn't sort all the issues as nd returned it to me with the charging light not working and audio driver problems which still aren't fixed. I appreciate however they were working hard to fit with my time constraints. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about one of my issues... I wouldn't buy a refurbished laptop from them again sadly, as when I had a look inside I found a number of damaged screw heads and even some rounded out screw holes (so I can no longer have screws in those holes) - this makes me question the quality of the refurb in the first place and makes me wonder why my laptop motherboard died 8 months after the warranty ended...

Could not be happier with the refurbished laptop I received from FYL Direct. I had ordered from 2 other sites before. The laptop from FYL was almost like new including spotlessly clean, no wear on the keyboard, some very slight marks on one corner and best of all a really good battery. It had a fresh install of Windows and correct and clean power supply. Thank you previous Trust Pilot reviewers for guiding me to FYL.

Bought a refurbished Alienware R12 from their eBay store. When it arrived it seemed to have an overheating issue or something. I got in touch with them and straight away they offered to get it picked up the next day so they can take a look. They received it on the Monday and I had it back by Wednesday. Turned it on, had a little look around and I see the GPU has been upgraded?! So thank you, I appreciate that a lot! So far, everything seems to work fine, hopefully it stays that way. But I can safely say, regardless of whether it runs into any future problems, FYL are clearly a great company with great people and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have purchased from this company. I have good eyesight, but it took a few minutes for me to find the scratch they had detailed in their listing. It was promptly delivered, and when opened, far exceeded my expectations. 12 month return to base guarantee, £ 179 cheaper than a brand new unit, and it has been checked before dispatch. Superb service from start to finish of purchase.The guys were so helpful.I know little about I.T. but sent them a brief compiled from an I.T. friend.They listened, wrote it all down, made recommendations within my budget, added 8GB memory and Windows 11 plus next day deliver all for only £20 extra.
