I am pleased to have met FYL Direct because for quite some time, I have been looking for a battery for my laptop and by finding that close to me was FYL Direct,I decided to give them a try. The good thing about speaking to someone face to face, is ,that I always finish with a good result at the end of the day. I must say that I’m very happy with my purchase. FYL were very helpful with choice of model, configuration and with arranging a tricky delivery.
Great service and of course value. But do bear in mind that the warranty is RTB and not Dell.
