Pure scam

This is a pure scam.
The website sold me a game on steam. It was supposed to be a steam key. The button at the end of the payment indicated "redeem steam KEY".

But when I clicked on it, it was a getmyacc link to redeem a steam account.
So basically, you are not getting what you pay.
I didn't accepted the account, and I am currently waiting for a reply on their website, and on Paypal claim.

Rubbish

Very, very bad. Customer service is zero. They sell office keys for several times. Not only ones but many times they have sold used keys for me. The complaint is made to the detriment of the customer. Sometime answer can takes many days. The last time was too much. I did a complaint for a office key that dosen't activate. The hole correspondence takes 19 days and in the end their answer was: the amount of time that has passed between now and the purchase, it is safe to believe that the customer has benefited from the product successfully and led to the rejection of your case from the merchant.

Please be informed that we are only a marketplace for the sellers. They are the ones that provide the keys and set the prices. We only create an environment for them to sell the codes on. In case if a key received by the customer is faulty, we will gladly assist them to our best of our abilities and compensate them if need be.

Sadly, in your case, you have reported this issue 3 years after your purchase. Our Merchant has a strict policy regarding reports of items, which must come from a period no longer than one month after the transaction was made. As such, we were unable to help you.

Additionally, from what we have seen, all replies you have received from us were submitted within a day.

While we apologize for the inconvenience, we could not assist you further.

Bought a game (Endless Space 2)

Bought a game (Endless Space 2), Steam key was already in use. Contacted them, sent them all the necessary screenshots, they never responded. Got a message recently saying that the case was closed because I never sent them the necessary files (which I did).

Don't buy your keys here, better to go to another key reseller such as g2a.

Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected Scam

Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, 3 months ago.
Received an email one month prior to release saying eveyone who pre-ordered should be entitled to play the beta. Guess what, i never received mine! Send a ticket, got a reply stating they where sorry (coming from Kinguin) because they f*cked up, and shortly after removed their false advertisement altogether.
At release day, i received another email saying "again" We're sorry to inform you but the supplier has problems securing the required keys and so on...
What the actual "F####K"?! They did it again and i gets worse, their way of offering compensation is by giving you 3 choices. 1st. Do nothing and wait for is an any idiot would do. 2nd. Accept 2 gift cards including a 3$ compensation in order for you to use at the Blizzard Store (which during unmentioned price changes doesn't hold squat) of course..
And 3rd. Request your money back with a 5% compensation... (heck, i still lose more money from doing any transaction with them than what is being offered) so no, that will not do!!!
This is going to be the last time i'll be purchasing anything from either G2Play and Kinguin because they're one and the same, vile scammers!!!
This goes out to everyone to be careful when making deals with them, because eventually they'll just send you right into the woods and leave you hanging...

I made a purchase over 100 euros and they suspended my purchase while keeping the money. They sent me an email asking to do a verification of my address and done what they wanted they did not solve anything and at the moment I lost my money.

Scammers

I had an issue in which I was provided with a non working cd key, customer service did not respond and i filed a reverse payment to my bank. They suddenly decided to respond after the reversed payment request had been made and refunded my money.

After the reversed payment was completed they contacted me again under the pretense of taking legal actions becuase they felt cheated. I asked my bank to rewire the reversed payment, problem solved, right?

NO! Now they've locked my account redering me unable to use the refunded, mean ing they've basically stolen my money after the reversed payment had already been rewired.

g2play is one big scam.

Most of the keys from many sellers work…

Most of the keys from many sellers work perfectly fine, just some do not, some fail directly, some after a couple of days or even month. Basically g2play is more a market place. If you take the discount into account vs always buying at other stores you will very likely be still better off at g2play, even while you get a bad key from time to time (it depends on the seller!). So it is up to you, its a bit like gambling for a cheaper price.

seems untrustworthy now.

I ordered 2 keys, 1 office 2019 and 1 windows 10. The windows 10 key was fine but the office key was not. No response yet from support, key was purchased 3 days ago.

taking too long

i order my key for escape from tarkov 2 days ago haven't gotten an email yet. so i send a ticket, 1 day after still nothing i am becoming inpatient and thinking about asking for a refund. can someone please help?

Edit: if your having the same issues message them on twitter i got a much faster response there and I got it ny key now.

So I bought a game key, tried to add it on steam and guess what...game key is already in use, sadly this is second time something like this happened and I really can't recommend this site to others.

g2play WAS great but…

g2play was always great but since a couple month the site is unusable. It's not showing my games in my library which i bought. It's not showing my orders. Recently i got a game which key i bought on g2play removed from my account and i opened a support ticket. Over a week and still no reply. Will probably not buy again here and advice others to also hold back at this time.

A decade of great experiences

Never had a single unresolved issue in nearly a decade. Prices are kinda high but the experience has always been fine, once a key for Dishonoured 2 wasn't valid and I had a refund within 10 minutes. No other abnormalities. Cannot complain.

Fast and cheap

Fast and cheap. It's a little bit tricky to activate the DLC's in some games but I figured it out.

I never buy from G2play/Kinguin again, you should not do that either!

I bought a game + dlc on 24 June, i only received only a dlc code without the game, i bought the game elsewhere just to activate the dlc and its an invalid code, a scam!
The customer service is terrible.

This was the first time i got an invalid code which made me upset, i bought plenty on G2play without issues.
