Excellent service, easy and hassle free

Delivery turned up a week late after me calling them 3 times! It finally arrived today late and all the box had been opened and damaged. Very unhappy!

I ordered a variety of gadgets as stocking fillers for my boyfriend. I ordered enough before Xmas - that I took my chances with standard delivery. Was still here really quick!! Box undamged and all the bits I ordered were wrapped up safe. Was really happy with everything, it was all as described online. Very happy!! Will have a very happy boyfriend this Xmas!!

Ordered a shiatsu back massager which was priced a good 20% less than anywhere else. Top quality item but delivery was a touch on the slow side and the packaging was at best poor. Despite this, would most likely use again as they have a decent range of items.

Bought a Homedics heated, back massage seat for less than the high Street price and with none of the queuing or stress. Delivered free in a reasonable timescale. Would recommend this company.

Anyone can pick a box throw it in a plastic bag then stick on a label, this is NOT good packing,my item arrived in a squashed boxed,although the item was not damaged it means the present now looks inferior.

If you pay for express delivery then the service you get is exemplary. If you have a delivery that comes free, because of the amount you spend, then be prepared for a long wait and the tracking does not always work with that either. My parcel arrived before I was able to track it. So I was not able to be resident when it arrived. The delivery driver just left it at the gate, fortunately it was still there when I came back home. Not a very good service although the result was safe in the end.

I ordered an automatic card shuffler that was promptly delivered. Unfortunately it was faulty (these things happen). I decided to go for refund rather than exchange and returned item using pre-paid label supplied in the package. I received the refund a few days later. That is what I call customer service and would not hesitate to use Gadget Grotto again.
