Hi all there is something wrong with this site iv just started using again after a few years put around £600 and the slots seem to not give any features at all and it seems every win is actually a loss of a few penny's each time, I bet 40p and win 36p or less on near all wins so it's still a loss. Just trying to make me think I'm winning. I gabble to get my adhd fix it's not about winning or losing for me dose something else for me more importantly however as for my adhd I see pattens and other things and site site blocks wins and features from coming out be care full

I was playing a double bubble game and got the bonus round, the game froze and would not reload. I spent 4 days back and fourth in chat. I was told it would reset which it did not. Then finally told there was an error which had been fixed and there was no winnings to award. The bonus round always rewards even from 1x stake. I tried the game again and it froze this time I don't know what the spin was so cannot say if I should have won. Deffo should of had winnings from bonus round. Several messages back and forth to be told the same thing.

Get this then get response from fb gala saying I'm geting 800 pounds refunded to my account,next I'm told it was a mistake they don't know how much I'm acctually geting,I know scams go about but when this is acknowledged by gala on fb,and they say yes your geting a refund of 800 then it's sorry I made a mistake,absolute joke

Now still no refund even though said they are going too do it, mistakes happen apparently with being told it was 800 then being told to ignore it was a mistake,how can a big site like this lie to customers,unbelievable

Receiving less than half of what I was told,the fact Gala lied and now say mistakes happen,the fact here I'd I should of bedn refunded what I was told £800 this will be going furthurvnow.

If I could give 0 star I would very awful site 1-3 days for withdrawal 1 week later still not arrived emailed them so many time they easily take money from account very difficult to put money back in to account.

It’s true site went downhill in the covid rainbowriches the same at least what I do the money I’ve saved since Jan good holiday booked . I currently have an open complaint with this company, and at the time of writing they are yet to offer me any response.
I first submitted a complaint on the 19 September 2024, and all I receive is intermittent ‘hope you’re having a great day. Sorry we haven’t responded to your complaint’ how on earth is this legal?

Playing the promotional spins on the site when unknown to me it jumped from free play mode to taking real money. Contacted customer service but they did not respond to my query. Really terrible site if I could give a negative score I would.

Then they sent text saying had upped limit not by a lot but OK. So played to limit then got another text to say I was spending too much, (make your mind up) and put the limit back down. I have been a gala bingo user for years! I recently had 3x of £80 wins. First 2 I withdrew into my bank. Last one I left in my gala account, nice n safe - or so I thought. Saving this for my son's birthday at end of month. Not anymore. I logged on last week around 6pm and the £80 was gone. They are trying to tell me that I made transactions at 3:20pm... I was driving for work from 3-4pm. I didn't log in until 6pm. They have robbed me! Utter refusal to help, they tried to get me to agree that I was the one who made these transactions so I could get my account back. I've now closed my account after years! I will spread the word! Gala bingo are robbers!!!!!

What can I say here! Been a member years and yesterday this max loss limit on screen just wouldn’t go . I mistakenly thought it was per week and put down 25 pound . I only have max deposit off 10 a day and was told I was overspending . How can you overspend if your max limit is set ? So couldn’t get on and spoke to one of their online chats who told me the 25 pound was either reset every month or year . This meant every time I went on I couldn’t even get free games, promotions nothing just that elongated post about max loss . I’ve self excluded and won’t be back . The bingo anyhow all the same winners so I really won’t be missing much . They’re not even worth a one star!!!
