Had a break from gala for a while came back it's absolutely disgusting.
In 2 weeks I've put over £100 on slots played all different games no bonus on the game you just don't win anything also haven't been given my rewards either this site is a joke.
I would stay well away.
It's ashame use to be a good site many years ago it's awful wouldn't waste your money on here.

I joined, deposited £200. Tried various games. I had good starts but then nothing. So rather than trying different one’s as they tended to be part wing part accumulation win, I went back to one and just played that to get a fair judge. On returning the game went much better and I quickly won maximum lives/spins. Excellent, or so I thought! I ran out of money so deposited another £100 to get my winning but it didn’t pay out. How annoying I thought. Assuming it was going to have to pay out eventually, I stupidly deposited another £100 that I can’t afford but thought it’d be alright, as I planned to withdraw all the money out. Well that additional £200 never released the funds either.

I tried contacting them but the link doesn’t work. On investigating how to contact them, it reports to contact ‘live chat’…..erm ok but there is no live chat??

I’m furious with myself for not even giving it a thought. Gala, it’s not like an unknown bingo service, right???
How wrong could I be. Now I’m £400 down without any way of getting anything back. I can’t discuss this with anyone either, as I’m too embarrassed.

So I didn’t know how it worked. But I kept winning and wasn’t able to withdraw any money, turns out the wager has to be 40x… FOURTY TIMES the amount they give as a bonus. So you have to win £1,600 before you can withdraw anything, at one point my bonus balance was nearly £300, had to just keep playing without being able to withdraw. I won nearly £700. Just kept winning £25, £30, £100, £69. Then I used all my bonus balance, but that’s where they get you….. because I kept winning so much and pretty much most spins, I thought I’d deposit another £10, see if I could keep winning like that again and cover the wagering amount. NOT ONE penny did I win
Seems when you’re winning without being able to withdraw they’re happy enough to keep letting you win decent amounts because you have no choice but to put the winnings back into them. But if you play with your own money you can’t win a thing. And that’s where they get you.

After having my account hacked i took off the “hackers” phone number ending in 6683 and put mine back on, I changed my password, I added all security available.
Which is why I am constantly receiving emails when someone else is trying to get into my account.
Contacted the live chat to report this and to change my email address.
I was asked to confirm email address but when I tried I was thrown out of my account for 20 minutes and now unable to send messages in live chat at all.

My sister opened an account with them they said she was verified so she deposited monies and played loads of games for over an hour. She won £400.00 when she went to withdraw the money they said they needed to do ID checks. So we went to do that came back to speak to the operator and we was told that the account has been closed down due to a business decision. Let that sink in they stole her money. And closed her account for no reason. Nobody could give us a reason why they would do that.

What a scam company set up an account with gala bingo ten minutes ago get’s restricted right away speaks to customer service all they said was my account was closed by them wouldn’t tell me why told them was going to report them and take legal action all I got was stop with the abuse language

My second review in a week of 1* online slots casinos, the first being Ivy Casino which I didn’t think could be outdone but take a bow Gala Bingo. If I could give this site less than one star I would.

It is nothing short of a disgrace playing at Gala Bingo. I wish I’d read the reviews before playing. 95% RTP (return to player) makes you laugh out loud, it’s more like 5%.

Now to say I know how the pragmatic big bass slots work is an understatement. Do the maths, that’s 700 spins for my original stake and add another couple hundred for the poor wins it gives you. So close to 1000 spins and I saw ONE feature. After waiting for what seemed an eternity to hit three scatters which I’d usually do In 5 minutes on the aforementioned sites, it paid me out 11x, 1 fisherman wild in 15 spins. It’s disgusting.

This site seriously needs investigating, it is never right how badly the slots play. Endless dead base game spin after dead base game spin. Tried again after saying I wouldn't and they've tweaked the game I play, I know this to be true because it's the only game I play and have done for many years, I know the gameplay and know when it's been altered. You used to get a scatter every so often wasn't always a good round (more often than not it was bare minimum) but now the bonuses won't come out at all and if by some small miracle it does the fishermen that reel in the cash amounts are completely missing from the game. I've just went through 80 spins on the lowest stake and got 1 scatter round, 4 of them landed which gave me 15 spins instead of 10, 14 of which were completely empty!! Won £1.80 which is the lowest amount the scatter round can pay. 1 fisherman from 15 spins, absolutely deplorable and this is every single day, every single deposit. They've enforced a monthly loss limit of £100 on my account and I am hitting that by the 2nd of every month!! That's not because my spending is out of control it's because I can't win anything back at all at any time. They have altered the games to pay out even less than they did before and there's not a soul that could convince me otherwise. Take it from someone who has played the same game for years and knows how it plays, to now see such a blatant change in the game is nothing short of deception from gala and their sister sites.
