Ordered flowers on Wednesday to be…

Ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Saturday as a birthday gift. Received an email on Friday evening saying the order had been cancelled at my request (I did not request the order to be cancelled). Called the numbers provided, no one answers. Would advise anyone to avoid if you actually want to receive the product you paid for.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Paid over 8 euro for guaranteed same day delivery only for item to be delivered the next day. Emailed and got no response very disappointing

Be aware!

Be aware! This company works with various locations and under various names - FlowersIreland.com, postalflowers.ie, aprilflowers.ie, galwayblooms.com, etc. They also claim, on one of their sites, to be based in Raheny, yet their address comes up as Sandymount, the far side of the city, which is actually a house, not a business. They also claim to be on Trinity Street in Dublin 2.

I have dealt with them through each of their sites (same number!!), before and after stupidly purchasing flowers from them, and it has been a disaster which I am paying for and still trying to sort out.
