Bought some artificial grass listed as 11mm pile..when it arrived the pile was only 6mm and the grass is totally different than the photo they use to advertise their product.made several phone calls to say I was unhappy with the grass I had received and was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter but didn't receive a phone call or email.gave up in the end 😕
